In the 1 year before-after comparison that he made we cant see the hairline with panoramic view and he showed us more the crown area where the doctor did not implant grafts there... the hairline has quite good growth and behind the hairline the grafts were implanted in lower density as it shown on the post op surgery photo. Thats why the midscalp has less density. In general when more grafts are implanted in the frontal part in order to have better illusion of density you need to comb your hairs to the back. This was not going to be full with one hair transplant in any way, so you cant blame for bad planning because he needs another one or two procedures to make it looks fuller. These norwood cases will never look full with just one procedure.

Well you are showing us more the crown area in the photo "one year after hair transplant", while the clinic did not implant grafts on the crown. Most grafts had been implanted implanted in the frontal area which has been changed a lot and it has good growth, and less grafts had been implanted in the midscalp thats why it looks less dense than the frontal part. You did not have hairline before, but you have now and the frontal area is quite good, while it was really bad before the procedure. With the photo you uploaded now we cant see the result in the frontal area, where the most grafts had been implanted. If you comb your hair backwards it will look like this and it will show difference with the pre op pics. In general yes it could be better than the result you got, but you are a norwood 6 and you need 9000 grafts for full coverage since you have a huge area to cover.

Between these options i would select Dr Gur. Dr Gur is a great doctor with consistent good results. FUECAPILAR also has other doctor (dr Turan) who charges 5000 euros for up to 4500 grafts in a two day session. DR turan is in the same level with dr Gur. Other good option could be also dr Demirsoy at 1.0-1.5 euro/graft or Dr Yaman at around 1 euro/graft. Finally at a bit higher price of 2 euro/graft you could go to Dr Laorwong and Dr. Ratchathorn in Thailand.

well i think your result is not bad considering your level of hairloss (norwood 6 to norwood 7). You had a huge area to cover and with 4100 grafts you can't expect miracles, since you would need at least 9000 grafts for good coverage...as you can see in the post op photo, the density of grafts is lower in the midscalp, which is why your result looks denser on the front and less dense in the midscalp which is normal. You didnt touch crown too. Also when you comb your hairs to the back it looks better, because the frontal third has better density so there is more illusion of density... So i do think your result is good enough considering the huge area of your scalp and the small amount of grafts for that area. With the second hair transplant for the crown and by adding desnityto the midscalp it will look overall better.

Good luck! 12600 grafts in just 2 days is impressive. Other clinics still struggle to extract these extra large number of grafts, while dr pittella has solved this problem and his patients do not have to do 2,3 surgeries but they get full coverage with just 1 hair transplant.

because thats not your final result at 6 months. Many patients get more hairs till the 12 month. Some grafts grow later than others...

Thats very good to hear...😃 That's an ethical response from HLC trying fix any problem that worries you with your result so far. I'm sure HLC will do its best to satify you at the fullest! I would suggest you to wait until 12 months before going back to HLC for the touch up.
