Patient was a 48 year old male with a Norwood class IV pattern of hair loss. 1 session of 2,437 grafts. post-op pictures are 1 year later.

Looks great!

 

But holy crap is that a mullet?!? God might punish him with more hair loss in the future for that one. icon_smile.gif

 

He seems to have good hair characteristics for a HT. Lucky guy didn't have much crown loss either.

 

Does Dr. Panine ever shave the recipient area?

Aaron,

 

In answer to your question. I know that when you look at the photos that it appears that the donor area is not shaved, but that is because he only shaves the area that he is going to remove. The patients like this better because then they can cover up the the sutures better with their hair.
