How many grafts does this look like?

It could be in the 2500 range, even close to 3000.

Best way to estimate is to try to calculate the density in a 1cm square and multiply it by the approximate area.

I look at the picture and think the U shape could be 20cm long and have an average width of 3cm.  If the density is 50 then:

20 x 3 x 50 = 3000

4,312 FUT grafts (7,676 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2013

1,145 FUE grafts (3,152 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2018

763 FUE grafts (2,094 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - January 2020

Proscar 1.25mg every 3rd day

The 3,000 range seems right however it really depends on how many single hair grafts were used.

Hundreds upon hundreds of single hair grafts are used when new hair lines are created!
