I can't imagine how terrible this man had to feel everyday when he saw how his hair used to look. What an absolutely awful result that was. Wonderful job Dr. Farjo, this man looks a million times better!

Dr. Farjo,

Excellent result. Doesn't it make you feel great to be able to repair work that is so bad? It is mind boggling to me what these doctors were thinking when they performed these surgeries. Nothing about the preop looks natural, from the pattern they used to the hair direction. I just saw a patient today that has the same problem and what these patients are going through is terrible and to add insult to injury they had to pay good money for it. I can't believe there are still doctors today using mini grafts. It is definitely life changing what you have done for this patient. Great work.

Dr Feller,

Thank you for your kind words.it means a lot coming from you.He sure is a very happy camper right now.

Balody,

Unfortunately it was a little over a decade.Dont worry you don't need to say anything.

Christine,

It sure is life changing, thanks

TC17,

I could not agree more.I think that if you or i had been able to do surgery we would have done a better job...blindfolded.The pleasing thing is that he found someone who could help .

Bill,

In many ways i appreciate this type of case becasue of the increased satisfaction felt.

Spex,

Thank you

Dr Alexander,

Thank you. I will pass this on to Dr Farjo and i know that he will be in total agreement.

One final point, this patient could have chosen any doctor listed here to get similar results. There is definitely hope out there for those who have been so unfortunate to have had this type of work.

Thank you all for your kind and generous words. These kind of cases give even more satisfaction to the surgeon because as Dr Alexander and other have said, you can certainly change their life. The original work was indeed baffling but not surprising considering where it was done. I often think that even if you tried you couldnt do a job that bad, but obviously I'm wrong!

best wishes to all

great post Mick.....i have to say i always enjoy a successful revision case, these are patients that just want to look "normal" again - having met with many patients like this it is understandably a scarring experience -to showcase this kind of transformation can only provide hope and inspiration...kudos to Dr. Farjo for his skill and astute planning
