He can surely get one small procedure if he wants to by using his beard and little scalp hair to fill the mid to crown region. But don't think thats necessary as this looks most natural for the age. His temple and side hair being this good helped so much. They could use the all grafts on top area without wasting anything on temples and his side hair density will add nice illusion of density if he uses it well when combing.
