Valued Contributor A_4_Archan Posted April 11, 2023 Valued Contributor Share Posted April 11, 2023 (edited) Oh okay..actually crown implantation isn't exposed in pics so i thought 3.5k is surprisingly high number of grafts considering the area of implantation ...cant see anything on crown so i assumed that all the implantation are in the frontal zone.. Hey sorry, had the birth of my Daughter and its been a bit chaotic, not much time for anything!, Red is still there damn pale skin! 😄 Slowly going though... I believe they kept a list but I wasn't overly fussed about knowing, when I go for my 2nd I will be sure to ask for you. Booked for October. I tried to get a close up pic, see here: As mentioned, I have another booked in October to straighten it up a bit and add some temporal reinforcement. Regular Member ReturnIOfTheHairline Posted October 19, 2023 Author Regular Member Share Posted October 19, 2023 I took a video with the flash camera on so super harsh. I’d like to get opinions. Would you get some more grafts in the area to get a bit more density or is it because my hair is fine and the flash light makes it look worse? Regular Member ReturnIOfTheHairline Posted October 19, 2023 Author Regular Member Share Posted October 19, 2023 (edited) appreciate any feedback. @Melvin- Admin What are your thoughts on both pictures, one looks vastly worse which I know the lighting can attribute to. Picture 2 seems dense enough? I like the feathered kind of look as its subtle but from that first picture it looks rough Edited October 19, 2023 by ReturnIOfTheHairline

Regular Member ReturnIOfTheHairline Posted November 19, 2023 Author Regular Member Share Posted November 19, 2023 (edited) Alright guys final update for transplant number 1, basically one year in now. Very happy overall with the work carried out. Seeing where I came from to now is a huge difference. 2nd Booked for next Saturday to bring down the temples slightly and add some temporal peaks. Shouldn't be a big procedure and will finalize everything for me completely. Edited November 19, 2023 by ReturnIOfTheHairline
Regular Member ReturnIOfTheHairline Posted November 25, 2023 Author Regular Member Share Posted November 25, 2023 (edited) Hello all Transplant numero Dos has happened! Took place this morning, got to the clinic around 8.30 and left at around 1.30pm, DHI was used solely here. Super happy to get the temples done and hairline more boxed off as apposed to an M shape recessed look previously. Will begin by posting the photos I took as soon as I got home, post op. Donor after 1400. Doc says there's still plenty left in donor, hopefully this is the last one for good (or a long time at least) provided everything is smooth sailings. Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted November 27, 2023 Administrators Share Posted November 27, 2023 I’m not sure I would’ve gone so aggressive on the hairline. But that’s my opinion. The good news is your blonde with fine hair. It will probably still look soft. The growth looks good. 1 I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. I guess there are a few benefits, being softness and you cannot see my scars that much. Thanks for the feedback. 👌
Regular Member ReturnIOfTheHairline Posted November 30, 2023 Author Regular Member Share Posted November 30, 2023 Day 6 - Temple crusts/scabs falling off already. Anyone else find with DHI this is the case? I remember last time where I had DHI, the scabs came off much faster than the sites where manual incision was. Maybe just me 😄
Regular Member Anon94 Posted November 30, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted November 30, 2023 While the way certain doctors and clinics hype up DHI is obviously nonsense, I have seen many cases of it that have made me feel that to heal a bit quicker than implantation by cutting slits.
