However, I have a question about the different packages, in reference to extraction. From what I know, extraction has 2 stages- punching of the graft with the help of a pen, as well as the manual extraction. For the Super premium Package, where there is supposed to be complete extraction, does anyone know whether this refer to both the punching and the manual extraction of the graft, or only the punching, where the manual extraction will be done by technicians? ? Dissection of the grafts from the surrounding tissue using a sharp COLE punch (0.9mm or 1mm) The punch is mounted on the motor and the rotatory punch advances through the skin and dissects the grafts. 2. Using forceps, the punched graft is picked and collected in a bowl. The surgeon performs the punching, while picking of the grafts are done by few assistant technicians. Hello, the slits are made 3mm-4mm deep.
