Senior Member BaldReaper Posted May 30, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted May 30, 2022 How is it possible that Joe Rogan has no scaring or skin disfiguration in the recipient are of his ht? he has admitted he had about 2-3 hair transplant and even though the FUT scars in the back of his head are pretty obvious we cant see anything in the recipient area at the front. Senior Member BaldDude Posted May 30, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted May 30, 2022 Seems scarring is mainly noticeable in donor areas.

Senior Member gillenator Posted June 2, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted June 2, 2022 There are some variables involved… custom sized blades are much less invasive and are mostly used to create recipient sites…then, once healing has taken place, the visible scarring can be very minimal with those individuals that heal well…lots of improvement with the instruments have been made over the past several decades. Moderators Al - Moderator Posted June 2, 2022 Moderators Share Posted June 2, 2022 You don't see anything because he shaves down to the skin. The recipient area doesn't usually scar as much as the donor area and isn't noticeable at all in some people. You can see the hair transplant if he lets his hair grow out a bit. 1 Al Forum Moderator (formerly BeHappy) I am a forum moderator for hairrestorationnetwork.com. Looks like you are right, you think keeping the recipient razor shaved and the donor at 1mm would be sustainable to hide FUE transplant?

Because he continued losing ground after multiple HTs. He stopped using finasteride due to sides. Edited December 18, 2023 by BaldDude
