I have never used finasteride and minoxidil. One day I looked at the mirror and realized dude you lost a lot of hair. But looking at my photos 5 years ago, it seems nothing has changed since that moment. After a lot of searching on this forum, I chose Fuecapilar. I looked at all the mid-budget ones, but something constantly repelled the choice (Bicer did not answer Lol). But the choice was made, in January 2022 a transplant was made. Sorry for my English) Extraction: Patient’s hair thickness: Thin ■ Parietal: 48 microns / Occipital: 52 microns ○ Donor area graft quality: Average (criteria: good-average-bad) ○ Donor area graft density: Average ■ Parietal: 59 grafts/cm2 / Occipital: 61 grafts/cm2 ○ Marked donor area capacity: 12000-12500 grafts: 24% of it used. ○ Punch size and type used: 0.8mm micromotor punch and 0.85 manual punch. (Year, they used manual punch for extraction, 50% manual and 50% micromotor) Grafts: single 370 double 1092 triple 1320 quadruple 84 PHOTO BEFORE HT AFTER 5 DAYS (Photo with FLASH) After 10 days (Photo with FLASH) Photo after 30 days, what you think about donor area? (Photo with FLASH) After 20 days i get shock loss and its stopped after 35 days. Looking like i loss 50-60% of implanted area. Now 2 months. I know that Dr turan does the implantations with sharp impanter. What about the extractions? Also could you tell us what was the cost of the hair transplant? I wouldn't worry about finding ten hairs, etc. Everyday we all shed around a hundred hairs or more. Was Dr turan nice and was he able to do more grafts when you sat down with him then the consultation? Like he told me 3,000 grafts for me but I believe i need more.
