On his website it seems like I can select fast track, it is 50€. Click consultation then you'll see a button for fast track. I would just post a link but I'm not sure if it is acceptable here. Either way it's easy enough to find. Expand When you add the "Fast Track" to your cart, it says "item is out of stock". Emailed them and a rep said Ferriera not accepting any new consultations now, including fast track! Was put on a waiting list for a consultation. Oh ok. Sorry I didn't realize. I know he's currently a year out. 10 hours ago, Melvin- Moderator said: This is true, temple peaks are a specialty. You want to make sure you go to a specialist that is confident in getting a natural result. Melvin, is Dr. Bruno Ferreira good at temples? I was going to have him add just a few to mine

Senior Member JoeMan Posted January 5, 2022 Senior Member Share Posted January 5, 2022 Yeah, I noticed Rolandas but I just wasn't sure if he had a reputation for doing them. I don't need much done so I think I'll see what Dr Ferreira thinks and just go with it.

My advice is to see a lot of examples before making a decision. 1 I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. I do not receive any compensation from any clinic. My comments are not medical advice. The problem is that the hair is all singles, finer caliber and lay down almost flat. The doctor needs to find the right hairs and be skilled in extreme angles, which is very hard. Personally, I think Ferreira is pretty talented. I'm sure he could do goo work there. 1 HLC Ankara | 4261 Grafts | Nov 7, 2020 (Hairline) Dr. Bisanga, BHR Clinic in Brussels | 1528 Grafts | Aug 12, 2021 (Crown and Temples)

I would say Dr. De Freitas, Dr. Sethi and Dr. Konior are known for temple points. 1 I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. I do not receive any compensation from any clinic. I guess I'm still learning. Im not sure if I need temple fill or temple points? Or maybe thats the same thing? Maybe this is less complicated? Just looking to add a few hairs around the blue arrow to make a more natural curve if that makes sense. As you can see i have some loss high in the temple area. If I were you I would definitely ask to put 100 or so grafts in temple peaks just to give more structure. Yours look exactly like mine did and just with few hundred grafts it looks already great. Surely few grafts are a bit thicker than the others but it doesn't really stand out (don't mind the length, I'm growing them out, so obviously transplanted ones are growing a bit faster). It also looks very natural as implantation angles are great and singles are picked well. 1 1 1st FUE - 28/01/2020 - 3659 grafts - Dr. Bruno Ferreira 2nd FUE - 03/06/2021 - 2881 grafts - Dr. Bruno Ferreira Follow me on YouTube I'm not a medical professional, thus any information given by me is my own observation and should not be treated as professional advice. Hoping I get 50% of the result you did! Same fine, dirty brown hair. For anyone watching this thread. I was quoted ~3k grafts with Eugenix (2500 frontal third, 500 crown). Think I’d need more but it’s hard to tell with pictures. Bisinga said he’d need to see me in person. Was added to the list next time he’s in the US. Ferreira said he’s not taking new consultations at this time Will report back with findings from other clinics as I get them. Hopefully this helps others just starting their process.
Regular Member Grouse Posted January 17, 2022 Author Regular Member Share Posted January 17, 2022 Quick update. Hasson quoted me at 3k - 4k grafts. However, I got a shorter haircut on the sides and am slightly concerned about my donor quality. Seems thinner than I thought… Photos are under the harshest lighting I could find (direct forward facing bathroom lights). Will send these pictures in to doctors and see if that changes anything.
