Note: BHT extraction: 280 Grafts Grafts breakdown x1 Grafts – 455 = 455 Hairs. x2 Grafts – 1474 = 2948 Hairs. x3 Grafts – 532 = 1596 Hairs. x4 Grafts – 46 = 184 Hairs. Total: 2.507 Grafts = 5.183 Hairs. Average: 2,06 Hairs/Grafts. TOTAL GRAFTS: 280 BHT + 2507= 2787 GRAFTS Before Design Placement 3 Months later 12 Months later Wet hair 2nd INTERVENTION Surgical plan: Vertex restoration and hairline density increase in 1 day of intervention. Note: a) BHT extraction – 210 Grafts. b) Limited donor area and low density.
