Senior Member DenverBuff1989 Posted December 27, 2020 Senior Member Share Posted December 27, 2020 Looks like your a Norwood 4 or 5. Significant hair loss, but nothing out of the ordinary really. I would guess it would take 2 HTs in the hands of a good surgeon to achieve good density in both the front and crown. Thanks Ok sorry new to this thing but thanks to members that I have private messaged I have an idea of what I'm looking at as far as cost and grafts. I spoke to Dr Nadimi and she said 1500 to 2000 grafts. I'm 52 and all my uncles,brothers my father except one brother had full heads of hair. I don't have a problem with my hairline it's density that is lacking in strange ways. I work with jerks and wear hats to keep the insults about my bald spots at bay. I never had a procedure done take no medications but recently started using a shampoo and conditioner that has DHT blockers and has biotin and also take a hair nail and skin supplement. I have a consultation in March with Dr Nadimi and based on location and results of her patients I'm going with her. I just gotta hit the lottery. Just kidding.
