Hello i got hair transplant 6 months ago and I have lack of density 

i want to make another surgery. when i should do it ?? Is it ok do it this while ? Or should i wait ?

It is usually recommended to wait one year after surgery.

At 6 months you will still have some growing and thickening to go for a few more months, so you are not at the final result yet.

It is way too early to consider the final outcome of your HT unless you flat out had an amateur job and know it.  Even then, give it 18 mos.  Your head is still dealing with the trauma and you can not accurately gauge the success or failure at this stage..

Can you show us some pics? Your still very much at only the half way point at 6 months. Have you noticed a improvement? We need to know how many grafts etc too.

You should absolutely wait until the 12th month for the full results. Right now is not the time to judge the density.

Honestly, if you have the patience you can wait until 18 months, as people do make gains from months 12-18 after HT. If you absolutely cannot wait most docs would operate again at 1 year, some at 10 months.
