He wanted to lower the hair line and fill both temples. His hair is brownish black, straight with good density. The recipient area measured 42 cm2. He underwent FUE using WAW 0.9 mm. excised 1,724 grafts (1-hair = 198 grafts, 2-hairs = 472 grafts, 3-hair = 761 grafts, 4-hairs = 293 grafts) about 4,597 hairs. Below are his before and 11 months after with good result. Slightly wet hair (not dry) post-op photos, to be able to comb the hair backward otherwise the hair will fall forward. However, one can appreciated to see the hair graft surrounding the native hair behind that look natural and patient is happy with the result even though it's not very dense.
