Below are my two year results, they're not WOW results by any means but they made a decent difference.  Would have expected better density honestly in the frontal area thats why for me its not that great of a transplant but its better than pre-transplant thats for sure. the 2018 pictures (the last 3) are the only pictures before the procedure.

In those 2 years, my hair loss isnt stable , its still progressing (as you can see from my crown). however I wasnt fixated with my hair and torturing myself mentally for those 2 years so that it was a massive mental improvement for me to have this procedure. Yes, my hair isnt great but it made a difference that it allowed me to relax and focus on my life and even now I guess im starting to accept im going to bald either way, but hey at least it will be after the thirties and I got to enjoy the last couple years of my twenties with hair.

Im currently 27 going on 28, I also got the first two girlfriends in my life post transplant :D and one of them im in a serious relationship with right now. Im on the big 3 in terms of medication.

There is definite improvement in the frontal third where you had a transplant. If you grew it slightly longer and styled with a layer effect it would look even better. Its understandable that you would have expected a bit more but it may be that your native hair was weak at the time of surgery and was not able to survive surgery. Were you on Finasteride much prior to surgery or started at time of surgery? If not much a year prior it may not have had enough time to strengthen. I would recommend staying on treatment. You would have lost a lot more had you stopped. You can always have another pass with fewer grafts to thicken things up.

Overall though it's definitely improved. You may just need to find the sweet spot with length and style to get the most out of your transplant.

In my honest opinion, I think it looks pretty good still, given you’re two years post surgery and given just 3k grafts for the area. From looking at your original photos it does seem that your native hairs continued with its hair loss and what’s left is the transplanted hairs. That said, you have a good realistic attitude and if you wanted to I’m sure you could do another HT to fill things in a little.
