Regular Member techboy Posted November 3, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted November 3, 2016 Hi Guys, I've been a long time lurker on various forums and just decided to register now to share my experience. Would be glad if this helps someone make their mind up as numerous other reviews helped me. I will try and follow up with pics as I progress, well in short my experience was good, Dr. Bhatti is very accommodating his staff is friendly and skilled I will leave the rest up to the pictures as they are proof. Please feel free to post your observations or opinions. Thanks! Procedure - FUE Grafts Total - 2752 Singles - 523 Doubles - 1411 Triples - 818 Hairline 2538 Temple R - 104 Temple L - 110 I've asked the doctor for density but ultimately left it all up to him I was originally quoted 2200 - 2500 over a online consultation but he said I needed more when he saw me in person. I was taking Propecia but quit it a year prior to getting the transplant I plan on taking .5mg of prop daily with a biotin tab from here on. But everything has calmed down now slight sensations in the back but nothing that bothers me or distracts me from doing my work

Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted November 4, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted November 4, 2016 Hi guys it's been 9 days now post op when i sometimes gentelly touch my transplaneted hair from the top I cant feel a umm "sensation" or "connection" to my scalp like I do when I touch my original hair. Is this a cause for concern? Congratulations! The work looks excellent. Dr. Bhatti did a fantastic job on me and I'm sure you'll be thrilled as well. I'm not following what you mean by feeling a sensation or connections to your scalp but I doubt you have anything to worry about. Keep follow the doc's post-op care instructions. Happy Growing! What I mean is that if I touch my original hair I can feel the "roots" or a sensation on my scalp but if I touch the transplant hair very lightly it dosent seem the same. Hi Techboy, You will have numbness in the transplanted area for several weeks before the feeling will gradually come back. This is all part of the healing process and nothing to worry about.
