Regular Member BlackPanther Posted September 27, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted September 27, 2016 (edited) Note: This is my second HT. You can refer to the below thread for my first HT exp and results. http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/178974-norwood-6-7-fut-dr-radha-rani-3400-grafts.html Hey again ! Everyone who has been following my thread knows that I was actively looking to get my second HT done. Its done now and I hope I don't have to go through a third one again. Its a lot of money, effort and stress(all the post op care and the loss of comfort during sleep, outdoor, etc). Anyway, this time I decided to go with someone purely based on the results I have seen on another forum member (harin). Dr Pradeep Sethi and Dr Arika Bansal from Eugenix based out of Gurgaon. During the first consultation, I expressed my desire to get full coverage with the same density that I got my first HT (I know it was sub par but wasn't hoping for both better density and full coverage). Dr told me that he doesn't like my hair line density from first HT and wanted to add around 1000 grafts to the front and use another 4000 grafts for the rest of the head. I was pleasantly surprised to know that this can be done. I also made a decision to use as much as grafts as possible for the crown and fill the mid scalp with fewer grafts. First day - They were able to extract 1500 grafts from my Right and Left Scalp and used it to cover mostly the Frontal scalp region and parts of mid scalp Second day- They extracted 760 grafts from my back scalp and 2740 grafts from my beard and used it to cover the rest of the mid scalp region and crown Both days, the incisions were done by either Dr Pradeep Sethi or Dr Arika Bansal and the extraction and transplant of grafts were done by other doctors and technicians. I don't want to go into lot of details but i will try to answer any questions you might have have. Attached photos are taken 4 days after HT. Overall, I am happy with coverage and density I have got. I believe I got what was promised which is more than what I expected but I would like to hear feedback from senior members. Edit - The empty area in the shape of semi circle from temple to just below the crown was shaved at the end of my second day surgery compared to the other donor areas which were shaved before the start of first day surgery. I also compared some of my recent photos and I think these are not really empty regions and will start to grow (although they are not so strong hairs and might fall out in the future) Regards, Ashok Edited September 27, 2016 by BlackPanther Missed Information
Regular Member BlackPanther Posted October 4, 2016 Author Regular Member Share Posted October 4, 2016 At day 8 of my hair transplant, I started to feel really itchy because of the crusts and I tried to remove some of them when my scalp was dry. Some times I noticed long hair follicles attached to the crusts. Now I am worried I might have pulled the grafts from the root after all the post-op care I did for the first week. I have attached a photo. Experts opinion please. There was absolutely no bleeding or pain

Regular Member BlackPanther Posted October 5, 2016 Author Regular Member Share Posted October 5, 2016 Thanks David. Did you get a chance to read my second comment? Does that look normal to you or did I pull out some grafts ? I have been using saline spray for the first week, I guess that stopped the itching for the first week. Regular Member dobler Posted October 5, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted October 5, 2016 Hi all, I saw that user "harin" post about his results with Eugenix clinic. I was amazed by these results. I entered their website and saw many amazing results there. I honestly don't get it - I have been looking for more than a year for a place that can give solution to NW6+7's, and haven't found many, if at all. So how is it possible that nobody speaks about this clinic here ? how can it be that it is not recommended? I also saw that 90% of their photos of before + after are of locals (i.e people from India) which also is very weird to me as I think that these results and the attractive prices should have attracted many many people from abroad to go and have a hair transplant there. Can you help me understand how this clinic is so underrated ? I really consider go there now but I am really afraid, since I truly believe that a good doctor \ clinic must be popular in the forums
Regular Member BlackPanther Posted October 5, 2016 Author Regular Member Share Posted October 5, 2016 I think it has to do with the fact that Doctors at Eugenix use DHT. People (myself included) are scared when they hear new terms such as DHT even though it's just a modified form of FUE. Who cares, as long as the results are good. Regular Member dobler Posted October 5, 2016 Regular Member Share Posted October 5, 2016 Attached photos of beard and scalp 10 days post op Man it looks great for 10 days. Like, doesn't seem you have hairs taken from the beard. How many scalp grafts and how many beard grafts were extracted ? and how did they manage them? I mean - the beard grafts were transplanted in a specific area while the scalp in another area (i.e the frontal area) or... ?

Regular Member BlackPanther Posted February 19, 2017 Author Regular Member Share Posted February 19, 2017 Hey there again, Attached photos 5 months post op. Couple of photos are taken indoor and rest are taken outdoor. Only slight bother for me at this moment is depleted donor area. I made a mistake by trimming down the donor areas. Will have to be much more careful with my hair cut next time. Next update after couple of months. Happy growing ! Regards
