Senior Member hairthere Posted June 26, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted June 26, 2016 This client requested our popular Buzz Look procedure but desired a jagged, receded, non-symmetrical hairline design that mimicked his native hairline. He also wanted to keep his frontal scars visible. Pictures are post 2 consecutive days of treatment. Senior Member mahhong Posted July 19, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted July 19, 2016 I agree, this is a great hairline design for a mature man. How SMP should be done!

Bill - Seemiller
It's amazing how natural looking scalp micropigmentation can appear. For people who want to sport a buzz cut but yet still appear that they can grow a full head of hair, this is the perfect solution. Best wishes, Bill

Senior Member Spidey Posted July 23, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted July 23, 2016 I think the mistake most clinics and patients make when getting SMP is the ridiculously symmetrical and "perfect" hairline. This is one of the best results I have seen, and it is because it isn't perfect! Btw, do you have examples of SMP for FUE scars? Senior Member ontop Posted July 23, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted July 23, 2016 How many sessions does something like that take? What is the estimated time before this guy need to come back in for a top up? as obviously it would fade over time. But with the nice shape head & not keeping the hairline perfect is definitely the way to go as I agree this looks very authentic indeed on this guy. Nice work. Senior Member MrGio-WHTCClinic Posted July 30, 2016 Senior Member Share Posted July 30, 2016 How many sessions does something like that take? What is the estimated time before this guy need to come back in for a top up? To follow-up, does this particular recipient have unique limitations? My opinions are my own. I am one representative of MyWHTC Clinic's European branch. Senior Member hairthere Posted July 31, 2016 Author Senior Member Share Posted July 31, 2016 Thanks all! "Btw, do you have examples of SMP for FUE scars?" I haven't done a lot of FUE scar work, mostly strip. How many sessions does something like that take? Normal protocol is 2 days back to back with a third session 4-6 weeks later. This client was actually very pleased with the first two sessions and didn't want to go any darker, so he's decided to use his 3rd session at a later date for a touchup when he needs it. What is the estimated time before this guy need to come back in for a top up? Between 1-2 years. Sometimes longer than 2. "To follow-up, does this particular recipient have unique limitations?" This client had some scars up front that he wanted to keep exposed. Otherwise there was nothing limiting.
