I had it down to hasson or rahal-- but chose Rahal because he's literally available immediately. I just had the consult today and 5 days later I'm getting the surgery? With Rahal? So I jumped on it. Coin flip for me, otherwise. Hasson or Rahal. Came here thinking 2800, after meeting the good Dr. the aim was 3,300 ended up getting 4,100 grafts!! Amazing! All 5 of us here are extremely happy! You made a great choice! Keep fingers crossed for my 2:30p flight!! Dr. Rahal has been kind enough to reschedule my HT surgery for tomorrow morning instead, thankfully. More on all this later. Ya two days postop is enough time before you can fly. Since its FUT u might need more time for the donor healing but that should not be an issue travelling back. (2500 grafts was the initial proposal). Waiting to receive post-op pics, but here's me miserable with bad headaches (see pic). I skipped the Tylenol the first night and went with the percocet and the same again the second night. After that things seem to settle. I had a lot of swelling which subsided after about 4 days. It definitely made a difference. As each cycle was winding down I could feel the pain, especially where the strip was taken. You'll be fine after 36 or so hours.
