A total of 1,783 grafts ( 1-hair= 464 grafts, 2-hairs graft- 762 , 3-hairs graft= 557 ), 3,659 hairs were transplanted. Below are his before and 10 months after with good result. He was on finasteride and minoxidil tablet post op with good response. I know HT well and 1783 grafts from where he was will not yield the perceived full head of hair that these pics show. Sorry. Senior Member Noodles123 Posted November 25, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted November 25, 2015 The hair near the scalp is dull, while the ends look shiny. This is tell tale sign of concealer use. For the average person on the street this person would go unnoticed as wearing concealer, but we are a little savvier here. Don't get me wrong, this is still a really good result. It makes a good case for how a good transplant and concealer can give a fantastic cosmetic appearance, but not really honest to present it as just a transplant and good response to meds.
