Senior Member ASMEDMANUALFUE Posted October 22, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted October 22, 2015 (edited) Increasing the number of mega sessions (4000 +) through FUE donor management has become a gold standard in HT. We wish to share some donor details after high graft numbers that were made by using the 'Coverage Value' index calculation and by manual punch according to the calculation. 2-) 3-) 4-) 5-) 6-) 7-) 8-) Edited October 29, 2015 by ASMEDMANUALFUE ASMED Surgical Medical Center Dr Koray Erdogan. Senior Member home1212 Posted October 22, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted October 22, 2015 some outstanding examples of FUE mega sessions - great work - do all FUE mega sessions require multiple day surgeries or can 4-5k grafts be done in one sitting as of now? Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted October 22, 2015 Administrators Share Posted October 22, 2015 some of these after photos of the donor area appear to look fuller and denser after surgery, is there any reason for that? Regular Member SunSeeker Posted October 26, 2015 Regular Member Share Posted October 26, 2015 I dont understand this thread. When I read dr erdogan's site a few months ago it said he purposely thins out the donor to make it match the top after a hair transplant (he called it homginization or something). But now this thread is saying it is better to preserve the donor? is it better to thin it out to match the thinner top after fue or is it better to preserve it? FUE for me?? Maybe??? Senior Member win200 Posted October 26, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted October 26, 2015 Some of these are incredibly impressive. I'm amazed at that Dr. Erdogan was able to do with the blonde gentleman with a very thin-looking donor area and fine hair.

I'm pretty sure this post is demonstrating what you explained (though it's possible i'm misunderstanding too haha!). That being : homogenisation of donor/recipient. Doesn't seem to be about preservation of donor, it's about advocating FUE megasessions that fulfil the aforementioned brief.
