boldave
hi all, I've booked an appointment with UK HAIR TRANSPLANT CLINICS in Newcastle England. the appointment is on Friday and they said its a special BBC Documentary discount offer which is a free consultation and i think its up to ?2000 off a transplant which sounds cool. Just wondering if there is anyone on here been for a consultation with this company and had any work done with them.
Senior Member Garageland Posted August 10, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted August 10, 2015 I don't know much about this company but I do know that they are using at least 3 of our patients in their before and after gallery which I think says enough about them as a clinic and their results. It's no wonder they are offering you 2000 off your procedure. --- Former patient and representative for Hasson & Wong. boldave
hmmm.. they use the AFR System and they are the only company in the uk so they state how have you not herd of the company before?
Senior Member Garageland Posted August 10, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted August 10, 2015 I have heard of the company but I have not seen their results. AFR is a protein shake that they say will give 90% of patients full results at 6 months. If I wasn't convinced they should be avoided before I am now. --- Former patient and representative for Hasson & Wong. Senior Member HairsGone Posted August 11, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted August 11, 2015 They were the first company to come up on Google when I searched for transplants in the UK. But I've yet to come across a positive review about them. Also they don't list their Surgeons names which is a bit worrying. I would avoid. Senior Member needmoarhair Posted August 11, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted August 11, 2015 Farjo are the only UK NW based clinic, I've consulted with them and it was worth the trip. I'm local to Newcastle and didn't consider UK Hair as they are not reccomended on here. You might want to consider getting on a plane and seeing Dr Lorenzo in Madrid or Dr Bisanga in Brussels. Senior Member shanson Posted August 11, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted August 11, 2015 Go to Farjo, I went there just before christmas and spoke with him, Mick was very helpful and Dr Farjo talked me through what was best for me. I ultimately went to Brussels and had my FUE with Jean Devroye which was an easy trip to make.
