Regular Member Jimbo34 Posted March 2, 2015 Regular Member Share Posted March 2, 2015 Hi All Just thought I'd post my 2nd/follow up procedure I had 12 days ago with Dr Lorenzo in Madrid. My 1st procedure is documented here :- http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/175672-3003-grafts-dr-lorenzo.html I'll keep this new thread going from now 1st HT was to address the frontal zone with 3003 graphs 2nd HT (8 months after 1st HT) was to address mainly the crown and some touch ups to hairline to add some additional density 2404 graphs. I've got to say the recovery and healing so far on the 2nd HT has been far quicker than the first ..hardly got any redness remaining even at 12 days post op this time round (took around 4 months to clear 1st time) Here are my stats and some pics following 2nd HT Grafts: 2404 in one day Hairs: 6421 Hairs/graft: 2.67 Singles: 166 Doubles: 684 Triples: 1344 Quadruples: 195 Quintuples: 15 First couple of pics are immediate post op. pics 3-5 are day 1 & 2 post op. Others are 12 days post op.

Senior Member StaggerLee123 Posted March 3, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted March 3, 2015 Was just reading through your first HT post and you mentioned that you thought you had what you described as some "pluggy type bumps." Did those resolve on their own and are you happy with the appearance of your frontal hair line area? This second procedure should really put your over the top, good luck! Hi StaggerLee - thanks for the comments. Yes the pluggy type bumps disappeared and think it was down to lack of maturity and density...in terms of hairline appearance I was happy in the main but needed some added density to support behind the hairline more which is why i had some additional graphs inserted to hairline area. Senior Member FUE2014 Posted March 3, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted March 3, 2015 She is the king of crowns, so I'm positive you will get a great result. Jimbo can you clarify his pricing structure for second procedures, I understand after 3k grafts all subsequent procedures will be at a reduced rate, is that correct? Thanks FUE2014 - for my follow up procedure I paid 4 euros per graph for the 1000 graphs and 3 euros per graph thereafter...factor in the euro exchange rate (get some great rates with specialist currency providers) and the costs are very competitive indeed

Regular Member Jimbo34 Posted June 13, 2015 Author Regular Member Share Posted June 13, 2015 Hi guys I'm now 12 months post op 1st procedure (to cover the frontal third) and 4 months post op to address the crown and add a little more density to the hairline..i had a little shockloss in the hairline after 2nd op so the true 12 month result is a little obscured.. the 4 month crown result hopefully shows some growth and I'm seeing less and less of my crown skin as the weeks progress. The pics of me wearing the black and red stripped top are taken before both ops back in January 2014. the rest were taken today I personally am very happy with the results so far...i complain more now about bad hair days!! Hahaha. let us know what you think and feel free to ask any questions Oh and sorry if pics are upside down...i can work out how to fix this.. My hair is kinda mixed blonde and brown but also got darker on top since the HT's.. its quite wavy as well which i believe helps with illusion of density..can be a nightmare to comb though! So i do rely on some decent styling products.. My stats were 2.38 1st HT and 2.74 2nd HT (i think..can't remember exactly but they are detailed on my posts)
Senior Member Wwiizzkkiidd24 Posted June 13, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted June 13, 2015 Im sure having wavey hair and the hair colour to skin contrast helps with if course some styling. Dd uou get fue sorry uf youve mentioned this before.. If so how does your hair feel after 12 months does it feel wirey like some doctors are saying will happen with fue.. It doesnt look like that on the pictutes but maye a differant story first hand..

If im 100% honest i was concerned at 8 months post op as it was very wirey BUT as each month progresses the wireyness is becoming less and maturing all the time and taken on similar characteristics to my native hair..i have attached a pic just taken now and zoomed in..i have some hair putty in as I'm on my way out . Senior Member Wwiizzkkiidd24 Posted June 14, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted June 14, 2015 (edited) Thats good to know. And it looks good in the photo very naturel. so are you happy with what you got from where you came from or are you planning on getting anymore done? How does your hair feel when you put your hand on your head and rub down. Does it feel thin or thick? Sorry if im asking awkward questions Edited June 14, 2015 by Wwiizzkkiidd24 Accedently pressed post and wasnt finished
