Senior Member GraveD11gger Posted February 7, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted February 7, 2015 When he become age of 40ties, he will want to remove almost all transplanted hairs, doctors should have some aesthetic point of view and do not need to do every illogical, unsense requests from the patients, they should guide them, no need to become a servants just to make a little money. see this, http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/177211-repair-my-hair-dr-ali-emre-karadeniz.html

Senior Member GraveD11gger Posted February 7, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted February 7, 2015 To clarify, this is not hair transplant for hair loss, this is forehead hair ransplant, (there is nothing wrong with the surgical technique and since he is very selective case for advertising (all is favorable to get good result for the density), good to start with a thread with him from the beginning. Senior Member Sean Posted February 7, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted February 7, 2015 Would like to see regular updates on this patient. If this yields well, it will be a drastic change to this patients forehead issue. From the looks of the outline drawing, this seems to be drawn well. The temples and hairline drawings look even and not off. They seem to flow well. Forehead issues with or wothout hairloss for patients with distinct forhead physiology should be treated under highly aesthetic means. This is a great case to show and to see if this surgery remedies forehead concerns a year later successfully. Good luck to this patient.
Senior Member GraveD11gger Posted February 7, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted February 7, 2015 If this patient is transexual who requested forehead narrowing, then the planning, hairline designing is apprehensible, Agree, good luck to him, he will need when he try to remove temple area and low positioned front hairline transplanted hairs just a few years later or sooner. Senior Member Sean Posted February 7, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted February 7, 2015 Well look at Dr. Doganay's hairline length itself from the picture he has in his avatar. It may be lower then what he did here, but it doesnt look unnatural. What looks unnatural is a high and large and wide forhead where eyes stare at. In this case, it may look good. We will just have to wait and see. .

Senior Member HARIRI Posted February 10, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted February 10, 2015 Sean made good comment. I'm really curious to see the updates. Planting grafts in hairless area will really give us a clear idea about the yield of this surgery also it will shows us clearly the angles and hairline design. Keep it up Doc. By the way Dr. Hakan, Does PRP really works? Do you see real improvement with it? Just wondering.
