I think the results of HT operations should be evaluated at least one and half year later, not before -especially in men with older ages and long-standing hair losses. The patient has partial NW5 hair loss, since he has many good-quality original hairs over hair loss/transplant area, so I wonder if one session would be enough for coverage if he had total baldness over the same area? What was the size of the strip?, Lenght and width? (for 3700 grafts) I suggest clinics' FUT presentations should also show the picture of the strips and immediate post-op pictures of transplanted and donor areas.
