Almost 1 year out, would like opinions

Well, it looks like you lost some more native hair post HT. 3k grafts would have been necessary to gain an acceptable result, IMO.

Thanks for replies, more will be added but I'm only looking to cover the frontal and forelock. Waiting for propecia to hopefully do a decent job on the crown, since it seems to be working a bit. I think the apparent decrease in native hair is more projectional then anything else and maybe due to hair length discrepancy. All other pics seem to show stabilization and even a little growth. I was wondering whether this is expected for 1400 grafts, and how many more i may need to give decent density to the grafted area.

Not going to sugar coat this or anything.

 

Any hair transplant at your give stage will simply be having hair on your head, forget density, and mass amounts of locks. The most you can expect is having hair on head.

 

 

Shaving it or getting a toupee are your best options
