This patient is in his late 50's and has primarily frontal loss ('A' pattern). He has excellent donor density and hair quality. We performed FUT 3,046 grafts (6079 hairs) to the frontal zone, blending into the midscalp. His shown at 8 months. He decided against taking finasteride, understanding that some ongoing thinning may occur behind the transplants,
