Hi, I am curious about this kind of shedding on about 3 - 5 days post op, it will regrow or not or it will totally death? The black bulb at the bottom some of them have white scab.

3 to 5 days is much earlier than my shed. I really couldn't answer.

They will grow back. When mine shed, the ends looked a variety of ways (hooks, scabs, white, black, etc).

No worries...

These are hair shafts and not the hair follicles themselves. So yes, not a problem and will grow back.

Mcdes,

While the shedding is definitely early (normal shedding usually occurs between day 10 and month 2), I see hair shafts with defined bulbs, and not dislodged follicular unit grafts. Because of this, I think you should see regrowth. However, I would share this information with your hair transplant surgeon and show him/her the same image.

Good luck!
