True and Dorin - 7 month update

Update on True and Dorin now at 7 months.

Left to right, 2 weeks, 3 months, 5 months, 7 months.

The left side has grown the fastest. Also note, it looks totally natural. So anyone concerned about "pluggy" hair, rest assured, it doesn't come out that way. It is a little frizzy at this point. But otherwise, totally natural looking and feeling.

Question: will this continue to thicken? I am hoping I will get new hairs in the areas and this is not the final result.

How many grafts did you get? From the pics it does not look like you had a great deal and your hair is looking pretty good. You may get some improvement but I would not look for a great deal.

1200 grafts. The intent was not to bring the hairline down. Just really to connect the forelock to the crow (especially on the left side). Some hairs were added to the very front, but most came in that gap separating the forelock. Could we still say at 7 months, I have some more time for improvement?

Yes the hair will improve after 7 months. Usually all that happens is most of the hair is there and it will thicken. I see an improvement , could you show your hair styled backwards rather than laying flat down.

Thanks!

I get it, your smart, your never gonna have a great head of hair but your hair looks really good (as apposed to trying to look 16) great job, and when more comes in and it gets healthier, I think you will have a natural look.... I wish I would have thought out my hair more age appropriate....

Great looking hair already! Congratulations! You should continue to see improved density as the hairs mature and thicken. As Lorenzo stated, you will not likely see any new sprouting at this time.

1more thing, I think a lot of HT doc's are to mechanical and not artistic enough... A couple hairs ever 1/8th in apart dosnt look natural, leave a residing hair line and fill the center... Its art, look at the face, not everyone is a good candidate either and need to be told, and some people look good bald.... It is art...maybe docs shuld hire a specialist to do a real good Drawing that will give a natural look?

Looks really good, especially for 1200 grafts. Very natural and nice improvement. You will likely notice some continued thickening over the next few months as it matures.
