The photos present from before, immediately after and untill 11 months after the procedure. I must note that the patient was wearing a hair unit prior to the procedure. The graft extractions around the ear clearly show where the Dr has cherry picked those single, fine hairs to use in the hair line to create a really refined result. Does he split large sessions over several days(like 1,500 grafts over 2 days equalling 3,000) or does he just do 3,000 grafts in one day? Hi Mickey85, No need for PM as i agree the more information forum readers receive the better. Dr Maras' typical FUE hair transplant procedure ranges between 2500 to 3500 grafts over a period of 2 days and asserts that FUE is ideal for all patients with normal Donor density and can extract over 6000 grafts in 3 different visits. The donor capabilities can reach up to 8000+ grafts by including 2000 beard hair grafts once available.
