Senior Member 1978matt Posted February 7, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted February 7, 2013 Ok..thought i would have grown more hair at the 4 month mark... Bit dissapointing. it can take up to 18 months to see the full result. 4 months is still quite early. 4,312 FUT grafts (7,676 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2013 1,145 FUE grafts (3,152 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - August 2018 763 FUE grafts (2,094 hairs) with Ray Konior, MD - January 2020 Proscar 1.25mg every 3rd day

Senior Member aaron1234 Posted February 7, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted February 7, 2013 Usually transplanted hair works best when you have a certain amount of length to it. You could probably start growing it out now and by month 5 or 6 you'll notice a difference. Senior Member JohnnyDrama Posted February 7, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted February 7, 2013 Even just at night would be fine! 4 months is still quite early in the whole process going by others and their timelines, months 6-9 will really tell how things are shaping I guess. 2,200 FUE + PRP with Dr Bisanga - BHR Clinic, 22-23 August 2013 - http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/171950-my-fue-2-200-prp-dr-bisanga-bhr-clinic.html Current Regimen: - Rogaine 5% Foam 2x daily - Jasons Restorative Biotin Shampoo 2x daily / Nizoral 2% 2x weekly - Nettle Root 500mg, MSM 1500mg, Biotin 5mg, Multi Vit, Omega

Month 6 is a long wait..... It's funny you should ask. I've been using Fin 1.25mg per day for a while now but I was experiencing side effects. Only 2 weeks ago I've changed it, so now I'm taking one on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I have read that the pharmacological effect (blocking DHT) is still almost the same every 2nd day as it is every day. I'm trying it out for a while anyway. 2,200 FUE + PRP with Dr Bisanga - BHR Clinic, 22-23 August 2013 - http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/171950-my-fue-2-200-prp-dr-bisanga-bhr-clinic.html Current Regimen: - Rogaine 5% Foam 2x daily - Jasons Restorative Biotin Shampoo 2x daily / Nizoral 2% 2x weekly - Nettle Root 500mg, MSM 1500mg, Biotin 5mg, Multi Vit, Omega
