Senior Member Spanker Posted January 6, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted January 6, 2013 About 3000 if you plan on keeping the same basic design. I advise Drs. Konior, Rahal, Ron or Paul Shapiro, Gabel, Hasson and Wong. There are a few more but those are the top guys that come to mind. I am an online representative for Dr. Raymond Konior who is an elite member of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians. Senior Member TommyLucchese Posted January 6, 2013 Senior Member Share Posted January 6, 2013 Finasteride aka propecia - slows down/stops the hair loss from your pics it looks to me like 1500 - 2000 grafts for a dense but somewhat conservative hairline in that semi circle shape. Unless you go for the juvenile hair line with added temples, which probably would be 3500 or so. Though a recommended doctor on here would give you a better estimate. 2,000 grafts FUT Dr. Feller, July 27th 2012. 23 years old at the time. Excellent result. Need crown sorted eventually but concealer works well for now. Propecia and minoxidil since 2010. Fine for 8 years - bad sides after switching to Aindeem in 2018. Switched to topical fin/minox combo from Minoxidil Max in October 2020, along with dermarolling 1x a week. Wrote a book for newbies called Beating Hair Loss, available on Amazon
