Anyway, today my girlfriend said I have a receding hairline, and also said am losing it on the side. I told her am not as there's no thinning. She then said it to her friend who agreed with her. I told her again that I'm not, and even resorted to showing her the Norwood scale. She accepted that, but later on with some mates, she mentioned it to them and they all started analysing my hairline and said I was. A guy who was out, who is receding said I was as well, and now am absolutely paranoid that my hairline is receding. What can I do to make them realise am not?? I think if you did share some images, we could analyze the situation and provide some useful advice (as to whether or not you're balding and tips on discussing the issue with other people). I don't know if it's the same for you but just because it isn't thinning yet doesn't mean it's not hair loss! Anyway, incase you are, propecia and minoxidil... I'm sorry for how insensitive your girlfiend is. You should try revealing all her flaws to her friends and stuff......maybe the old "ass" DOES look fat. She's been very harsh, especially getting all her friends to look. I wouldn't be with a girl like that. 2,000 grafts FUT Dr. Feller, July 27th 2012. 23 years old at the time. Excellent result. Need crown sorted eventually but concealer works well for now. Propecia and minoxidil since 2010. Fine for 8 years - bad sides after switching to Aindeem in 2018. Switched to topical fin/minox combo from Minoxidil Max in October 2020, along with dermarolling 1x a week. Just need to be thicked skinned, and find a fault with them to pick at. They should soon back off 2 poor unsatisfactory hair transplants performed in the UK. Why would you want to be with somebody like that? I've looked at your photos. You don't really look like you're receding to me but some of the pics with your hair wet there looks to be some possible thinning. Now don't get all freaked out because a lot of wet hair pics can make it look thinner than it really is. Are you on fin or minox? Not anything to worry about in my book. And also I really should take a leaf from my own advice tree, but you shouldn't even care what other people think, and you shouldn't have to try and convince people that your hair is fine. Having looked at most of your pictures I can honestly tell you that you have NOTHING to worry about. seriously, If somebody told me I was losing my hair and I had your head of follicles, I'd just laugh at them and agree. Clearly you're very conscious of your hair. I always was, long before I'd even started losing any. Just relax dude, and appreciate that you're 22 and honestly have no hairloss this far. Wish I could say the same. Keep an eye on things, and if something does start to drastically change, get on the meds. Click to check my hair blog.
