Senior Member Spanker Posted November 13, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted November 13, 2012 That looks great. For the new researcher who is thinking about having a hair transplant. Do not expect 2100 grafts to go that far. I am an online representative for Dr. Raymond Konior who is an elite member of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians. Senior Member Slickers Posted November 13, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted November 13, 2012 Athena do you have any post op pics? It amazes me how almost every result from Dr Meskin looks like double the graft count. I'm surprised he doesn't get more recognition on here. This again is fantastic Edit: I should qualify that, I mean immed post op which shows the graft placement. The one shown I guess must be at least 7 days post op? Senior Member aaron1234 Posted November 13, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted November 13, 2012 Yes, immediate post op pictures would be nice. It looks as if the patient has quite a bit of native hair in the frontal region that was shaved down in the pre-op pictures making him look balder than he actually was (is). So while the result looks nice we must also take into consideration we don't actually know how much native hair this patient had to begin with. Senior Member Athena Posted November 13, 2012 Author Senior Member Share Posted November 13, 2012 Thank you for your kind comments. I think it's a good idea as a routine to have all the doctors post before shaving photos and immediate post ops, so we have better comparison on the results. I will post some pictures to make aaron happy. . Once again thank you for noticing Dr. Meshkin's great work. I am a patient advocate for Dr. Meshkin who is recommended on the Hair Transplant Network. Senior Member chrisdav Posted November 14, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted November 14, 2012 Great result. I am amazed he got that result with that number of grafts. 2 poor unsatisfactory hair transplants performed in the UK. Based on vast research and meeting patients, I travelled to see Dr Feller in New York to get repaired.
