We started finasteride and performed FUT of 1,838 grafts (1-425, 2-652, 3-410, 4-351; 4,363 hairs). Photos are two years postop. The results are due to an unusually high number of 3's and 4's as well as a great response to finasteride. He was able to achieve a dramatic results with only a small number of grafts. Glad to see that finasteride significantly boosted his density. Well done! Great job, Dr. Cooley. Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1?
