Senior Member MyNameIsRich Posted August 8, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted August 8, 2011 looks great, when at full recovery, will the patient be able to grow his hair long and have it look natural, or does this sort of coverage in a HT give the wearer the options of very shorter hair styles only? Senior Member ziggy00 Posted August 8, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted August 8, 2011 Nice job! Has the patient experienced any shock loss yet? Or has he passed the window where shock loss can occur?
Senior Member orangehair Posted August 8, 2011 Author Senior Member Share Posted August 8, 2011 Richlol - it is likely that this patient will wear his hair in a very short style as this is a common motivation for going with FUE but he certainly can grow his hair longer as the treatment develops - will keep you posted on his choice ziggy00 - the patient has pleasantly reported that many of his grafts are continuing to grow and shockloss has not been an issue - while its likely a good percentage of the grafts may ultimately shed their hair, he has responded well thus far and probably is slightly ahead of the game as the development period commences.
