He as thinking about getting married and wanted to have more hair for the possible upcoming wedding. He lives out of town and did not have chance to return to clinic for a long time. This case occured several years ago and I did not take post op photos on every patient as I currently do. I do have plently of similar cases with immediate post op photos. It may not be the result as much as further loss but his middle looks thin and his corners appear on the thin side too. This just further proves that two people can have a similar result and one is thrilled and the other is dissappointed. The same is true at two people looking at identical before and after photos while one thinks they are very impressive and the other sees only average or below average results.
