I definitely see an improvement in the facial framing and symmetry of the frontal hairline. However, since the patient did undergo a more "conservative" approach, I'm wondering if you might share some more details concerning his hair restoration goals, and whether or not he's interested in undergoing further treatments in the future. Mick from Farjo Posted February 22, 2011 Author Share Posted February 22, 2011 Blake, This was a case where we could have done at least 50% more grafts but the patient was more interested in maintaining a type of look that he felt would be appropriate in the long term.He also understood that if he were to lose a lot of hair, that he should use his donor hair wisely;in order to maintain this appearance. The plan is to look at things every few years and work with him to meet his aims at that time. Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily Avodart 0.5 mg. daily Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily 5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily Biotin 1000 mcg daily Multi Vitamin daily Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1?
