Dr N Farjo 1961 FUG

Patient came to us a few years ago for a subtle change in appearance.He feels tthat he has achieved his goal.He did not want to use medications and still feels this way.

Mick,

 

Thank you for sharing this case with the community. I definitely see an improvement in the facial framing and symmetry of the frontal hairline. However, since the patient did undergo a more "conservative" approach, I'm wondering if you might share some more details concerning his hair restoration goals, and whether or not he's interested in undergoing further treatments in the future.

This was a case where we could have done at least 50% more grafts but the patient was more interested in maintaining a type of look that he felt would be appropriate in the long term.He also understood that if he were to lose a lot of hair, that he should use his donor hair wisely;in order to maintain this appearance.

The plan is to look at things every few years and work with him to meet his aims at that time.

This is sound advice for everyone! Nice job!

Finasteride 1.25 mg. daily

Avodart 0.5 mg. daily

Spironolactone 50 mg twice daily

5 mg. oral Minoxidil twice daily

Biotin 1000 mcg daily

Multi Vitamin daily

 

Damn, with all the stuff you put in your hair are you like a negative NW1? :D
