Doctors that minimize risks and tell you what you want to hear can ruin your life. If i could tell my whole story on hear, it would disgust all of you. I had the same hair pattern with slightly thicker (width) hair and thick crown area. I just had my HT (3,000 grafts mostly in front) 2 weeks ago and have noticed some minor thinning but nothing major. In looking at your photos and the 1 month scares me! The hair in the front is very short, did you trim it down with a buzzer? Were you able to hide it in anyway? Did it fall out all very quickly?
