The patient is in his late sixties and felt that having more hair would give him a more youthful appearance. 4526 grafts were placed in one session with the concentration being in the front half and less emphasis was placed on the crown yet still some light coverage, and an overall improvement were realized. The patient is nine months post-op. One reason why I particularly like this case is because it's a great case to refer to when I have younger patients trying to tell me that once they hit there 30's or 40's that they won't care about there hair any more. This proves otherwise. This is more than enough should he wish to fill the crown more but he's happy with his current status and has no interest in improving upon this result any further.
