  1. here is a typical Erdogan HT...... you can clearly see the difference in skill.
  2. well, thats a large area to cover and 3800 grafts isn't gonna cut it. u need more like 5000 grafts if not more. unfortunately with most of the Bhatti patients his grafts are spaced too far apart. just take a look at his patients that have posted here and you see that he doesn't place the grafts very close to one another. if u look at Bisigna, Lorenzo, Erdogan and even Vorhees you will clearly see the difference in grafts placement. personally, I think its just skill. I think the better HT doctors can simply place grafts closer together without damaging them giving more density. that is a common practice he uses to fill a larger area but unfortunately the end result is a thin spaced out HT like the one you have which will now require another HT. I really don't thin 3800 grafts even took. more like 2500 grafts. at 9 months I can clearly see ur not gonna get much more density. u may get a little cause u do grow up to 18 months but from what I have seen over the years at 9 months u get about 80% of what ur gonna get or what is visible. these are typical Bhatti patients with grafts spaced way too far apart.....
  3. unfortunately the strip scar is clearly visible in the thinned out zone which begs the question was strip a better choice here? looks to me to have plenty of donor hair left adjacent to the thinning area from the previous HT. there are plenty of available grafts above his ears. that area in the back which is thinned out is very small and taking from adjacent area would have actually made the thinning area more spread out and natural looking. now he has a thinned out area with a visible strip scar in it.
  4. thats unlikely. its extremely rare that FUT will benefit someone over FUE these days. a few years back that argument could be made but considering FUT does NOT include BHT then FUE will yield more grafts then FUT on average considering one has thousands of more available grafts from the body and face. AND one has to worry if they are gonna be one of the thousands of unlucky ones that now have a disfiguring scar in the back of their head which is TELL-TALE sign that you had a HT that will now require FUE to repair it. makes far more sense to get FUE from the beginning. its already been proven on a yearly basis now that FUE can harvest just as many grafts as FUT from the head with virtually zero evidence of a HT and thousands more from the face and body. there are far better option then Dr. Path. price is usually why ppl like the OP have chosen their given doctor not skill and results. yea Path is decent just not great. there are plenty of GREAT HT surgeons that are affordable. this isn't like getting ur car painted. if they screw ur car up u just sand down and re-paint. screw ur head up and ur screwed for life!
  5. well not every doctor wants to be a member here on this forum and due to the fact that he is so busy do u really think he needs to reach out to anyone anywhere? apparently not. the most important thing is communication? really? I always thought the most important thing was doctor skill and results.... I always find it amusing when ppl don't get an immediate response back from a doctor that must mean their patient care must be horrible so lets avoid this guy like the plague smh no offense but that sounds so ridiculous to automatically assume there is a nexus there. YOUR making assumptions based on nothing! I contacted him several months ago and got a response in less then 24 hours so not everyone that contacts him doesn't get a response. my email was detailed with plenty of pics. you send him a "Are you a qualified doctor and if so send me pics email?" then I'm sure ur not gettn a response! maybe he like many other doctors just get tired of the dreamers and "Hair follicle kickers" who have no money nor any real intention of seeing him. if ppl are serious then call him its not that difficult to pick up the phone. if one was really serious about a HT and this clinic ia a phone call away and speak perfect English then wudnt that make more common sense.... im glad he doesn't advertise cause as soon as they become too popular their prices go thru the roof. sometimes little hidden gems are best just that.... hidden.
  6. Thailand? and whom have u chosen for a Doctor? sounds to me like ur about to make the biggest mistake of ur life to save a few pennies.... the recovery for FUE is much shorter. I wud reconsider FUT. you never know how ur scar is gonna heal and under them conditions I wud be worried that it would stretch which is why FUE is a better option period. today there just as many FUE doctors available and affordable as FUT.
  7. personally I think Lorenzo produces hairlines that are too conservative for my taste usually but to be honest I think he nailed ur hairline just perfect. that shud end up in a really nice result when finally finished. don't forget u grow up to 18 months so ur way ahead of the game
  8. if ur looking for cheap but good I wud consider looking at Dr. Nader in Mexico. won't see many patients posting cause he doesn't do a lot of advertising but his work is actually very good and he also perform BHT and I'm sure he is cheaper then Dr. Path or at least close in price and if ur in the states its a hellova a lot closer then Bangkok. its actually about 10-15 minutes south of the Texas border
  9. maybe you need to take a closer look DR. cause everything looks completely natural to me. and the fact that he is still has another year of growth makes ur comment sounds ignorant!
  10. u will need about 6500-7000 grafts to fill that space properly. 4000 grafts will not cover a NW6. it will look like ur HT looks now which is thin and spaced out. until ur head has another 2500-3000 grafts which is wat is required ur dreaming if u think 4000 grafts is gonna give u any density. although I do agree it doesn't look like u even got 4000 grafts. prob more like 3500 which means u need double wat u currently have.
  11. well I wud suggest that u do more research next time u chose a doctor cause any qualified FUE doctor these days will leave no evidence of scaring even wen ur hair is cut very short so although ur post is pretty funny its also terribly ignorant to anyone new to the hair game and ur so-called ADVICE is utter BS! you unfortunately picked the wrong doctor or technician to perform ur HT. u probably went with the guy that was "CHEAPER" and as a result ur felling quite a bit if regret and adopting the "Misery loves company" approach. well, sorry to burst ur bubble but if u had done ur research and spent the required money you wud not be in the situation ur in trying to "SCARE" ppl into thinking the way ur warped mind thinks.... but nonetheless yea u can hide em with SMP usually unless u really got butchered and left u with dimples.
