  1. Same here. I prefer the old style much better. An option would be great.
  2. Hey Neptune, sorry for posting so late. Looking at the new photos everything seems to be fine. You're going through the hardest time. The combo of losing new and old hairs is a real killer. But like everyone else has said before me,....it's just a part of the process. Hairier days ahead. Looking forward to the 3 month shots.
  3. Middleson, I've just past the 4 month mark myself and couldn't be happier. I was one of the lucky ones to have some early growth. I can see a big difference from the top and front view. I'm still thin from the side view looking through my hair but it's cool. I am amazed by the amount of coverage I got with only 2100 grafts. I gotta thank Dr. Epstein for that. I'm sure by July all of us "6 monthers" will be very happy and hairy. And yes the waiting game is the hardest part. As much as I told myself not to look in the mirror I just couldn't stop. Hang in there.
  4. Newhairguy: I kept a lot of mine. They started to grow pretty quickly. As far as my scar it's really thin. After 4 months you can barley see it. You are only at 2 months so your scar will continue to fade and shrink. Hang in there.
  5. Looks great. You are gonna love it even more in another 2-3 months. You're gonna really look like a younger Youngguy. Feller did a great job again.
  6. Damn Bill, thats a lot of hair.......thicken up??.......you could stop a bullet with that head of hair. Looks great.
  7. Yo Bro.....hows it growing? Any updates on the horizon?
  8. Only regret I have is not doing it sooner. Believe me, all you guys will be thinking the same thing when you see new results. It's been a great experience.
  9. Thanks guys. I couldn't be happier with my results. I'm at the point where I'm starting to feel a difference when I comb my hair. It's kinda exciting.
  10. Four months has gone by really fast. I can't believe the changes and how subtle they've been. Looking back at the summer of 2006 photos then looking at todays.... whoa .........what a difference and I've only just started to really grow. Thanks to Dr. Epstein. The next two months should really be exciting. I'm hoping to fill in from the side view. I'll keep on posting photos once a month. I hope they are helpful.
  11. Can anyone tell me how to do the side by side comparison photos? Thanks.
  12. Can anyone tell me how to do the side by side comparison photos? Thanks.
  13. I'm no tough guy but I felt no pain or discomfort. I was surprised.
  14. Can anyone tell me how to do a side by side comparison photo? Thanks
  15. I think look at Gorpy's photos. The work speaks for itself.
  16. Krispykreme, Dr. Epstein seems to be in a different league when it comes to his patients appreciation. I agree with everyone else that you should post some photos.
  17. Gorpy, will you be posting any new updated photos of your 2nd HT? How's the progress coming along?
  18. Mil, I had 2100 with Dr. E. It took about 6 hours. I actually slept through most of it. You're in good hands. Relax.
  19. Nobuzz - Hang in there. Hairer days ahead for both of us. Hairbank - Thanks for your support. It's really been appreciated. Neptune- Before you know it you'll be shopping for a new comb and complaining about having to use muse and hairspray. It's amazing what just a little change can do for your ego. Can't wait for next month. I'll post new photos then.
  20. I'm about a week short of 3 months. In person my hairline appears darker and I definitely look like better in room lighting. It's still gonna be months before I see big changes.
  21. RODFL, I spent just under nine grand for 2100 grafts. Most of the coalition doctors I consulted with were about the same except for Bernstein. He was higher than the rest while Feller was one of the cheapest. You also have to add in the cost of airfare and hotels if you are traveling for your procedure. But please don't make cost the deciding factor. The same thing applies to location. Be willing to travel.
  22. Doc, thanks for your explanation. I've stated in other post that when I had my HT with you in January I had left it totally up to you on the number of grafts.. You said 2100, I said ok. Hell, you could have said 3500 and I would have agreed. I selected you for your expertise. For the record, I've never second guessed you. And from the early results I'm getting... I choose wisely.
  23. I caught this commercial while I was working out. I pulled my headphones off and heard them talk about "your own hair in 4 weeks". I put my head phones back on and back to working out. It was only a normal one or two minute commercial not they're 1/2 hour infomercial. So I did think it was a HT commercial but either way it's still a bunch of crap. Why would someone want something fake on their head when you can have your own hair. Just for curiosity sake how much does one of these things cost?
