Lets not discount his experience as most of his assessment are correct. For someone that has been harmed by a doctor it is hard to swallow. If you were the victim of a crime would you like someone telling you the things you should have done to prevent it. Perhaps he didn't know that 5% aren't like that, sees a site like this and says MARKETING. The vast majority of doctors in this field are common oppertunist that do in fact work without concience. They were yawning during the "Oath". I hope he stays long enought to realize how THIS site works and is able to go forward and find some comfort. Chin up Brian. It's not your fault. There is no way I even infered that a coalition doctor has anywhere near a 10% (actual) complication rate the yield is an entirely seperate thing although this is dissapointing I do not consider this a complication if all other things are in place including patient selecton. Please un- spin this as it is starting to look as though I am throwing stones at arguably the best doctor on the planet. B-Spot - Excuse my vitrole my eye was twitching at the time. NG2GB - You deserve a better reply but the secinct answer is . "NO" I am not aware of any coalition doctors that have horror stories , and believe me I'm always looking. There have been a few " recommend " that slipped through but were gone so fast. I try to keep the focus off of me but my situation was not long ago in a land far away. I think every case is different and should be looked at as such . I have not gone through your posts yet but as I am scrolling I noticed that our fine moderator noticed you may be defuse thinner? Look.. there is no boilerplate hairjob,there are no two heads alike and it is up to you to use this site in order to prevent dissapointments to say the least. You are correct hairthere. Unfortunately it can be even worse in unqualified hands.. if you can believe it. For all it's worth you probably will not get botched if you are here. Also is it worth the risk ? Even the greatest doctor on the planet in this field has some ,albiet minor, complications now and then I would say 1 in ten. Take the majority in the field and it's obverse. The blanket statements are irresponsible and I fire back. Unless things fail and those that encouraged this MINOR life altering surgery start writing checks or shut thier pieholes.
