    This patient is 7 months post-op and has a class 4 hair loss pattern. 3200 FU were utilized, (scheduled for 3000, but due to laxity 200 extra FU were harvested and given to patient).     Thank you Spex & JON86 for your positive comments on the post! JON86, I recommend that all my patients use medical therapy to keep the hair that is not transplanted as long as possible. I personally see all my candidates and consult them on the risks and benefits of medical therapy- as I believe every physician in the hair transplant specialty should do. Dr. Keller
