Hi These pics were taken 13 days post op , my girl and I had taken the staples out on the 12 day ourselves , just soaked the donor site in the bath then removed 50 staples , it took no longer then 10 minutes to do pinched a little but easy enough to cope with . My redness has almost gone already , which is suprising and alot better than HT1 in 2007 , the redness lingered for months . In the pics you can clearly see my implanted areas and Dr Feller's skill in making the placement as natural as possible . after HT2 13 days post op HT2 I hope this helps guys looking into getting a hair transplant . richie

Chris It must have taken some faith to come back to hair sugery after two unsucessful ops in the UK . Choosing Dr Feller should put those past issues to bed , good growing bud . richie

Spreadlocks Great write up , you were at Dr Feller's a week after I was in the chair bud , I hope you can pull off that mother of all comb overs ! hahaha It's always difficult post op , especially if your limited with wearing any head gear at work , alot of guys underestimate how long you need to look semi-normal again , I would say a minimun of four weeks , I understand you didn't have that luxury . Get loads of spray on it and keep a low profile ! richie

Thanks guys I'm 11 days post op now and have seen no shockloss at all , still early days , but I do remember not really noticing any shockloss in 2007 with HT1 . My redness seems to have calmed down alot quicker than HT1 also , even my girl noticed that too , you wouldn't really notice the slight redness now , and even with my head shaved to a number 3 grade , it just looks like slightly irritated skin , similar to psoriasis . This can just be seen in the last shaven head pic above , very happy with how quickly my healing is going , it seems quicker than last time to be honest and this is from looking at older pics to judge both HTs side by side . I have just chilled out , no gym , just long walks ,I don't drink alchohol or smoke anyway , I am just drinking lots of water and washing with normal shampoo everyday . I am taking 0.8mgs of finasteride daily and a hair and nail vitamin to help the speed of my hair growth , I am using no creams or anything else , just water ,vitamins and nature . My girl and I shall be taking to staples out tomorow or saturday ourselves , soak in the bath then head on a towel and grit your teeth ! hahahaha richie

Hi all I recently had round 2 with Dr Feller in New York , and got another 2100 grafts . I initially wanted to tweak the front , maybe even lower the temples , however after I spoke to Dr Feller and showed him my pics and let him examine my hair , the Doc decided it would be better to hit the center of the right side crown again and the front temples , without lowering the hairline , as I have a strong and still defined adult hairline of original hair , this made perfect sence . I was ok with the crown , but after what Dr feller explained to me , his way made more sence , the Doc suggested a four part approach ........ First , included placing further grafts nearer the center of the crown swirl , more on the right side . Second , the larger thinning area right side temple . Third , the smaller area of thinning above my left side temple . And then with any remaining grafts , work down my natural parting , as unfortinatly for me the right side of my head has always been slightly thinner than my left side and this is made to look worse by being the side my hair naturally parts on . What the Doc suggested was to maximise the use of my harvested grafts and to compliment my first ht and my original and now stable hair . I don't have the exact graft count (we got approximatly 2100 again ) or break down of , 1s,2s,3s,4s , but Dr Feller explained to me that only 1s where used within the first cm of hairline for the most natural soft look . Before HT2 The night of HT2 Three days post HT2 Scar 7 days post HT2 I had no real swellling , some on the rear of my head and I notice some bruising on the right side , eye level , when i shaved my head yesterday . Hi admin My names richie and I've been a member of this community since 2007 . I have kept members informed of my ht every step of the way , with over 100 photos and 500 posts for over 4 years . Over the christmas period my photobucket account was accessed and private pictures where posted online , my privacy setting where tampered with and photos where moved or edited . I have searched google images for hours and not found the photo that egghead posted , this picture has never been posted on any other forum or published onto the net . So I can only believe this was taken without consent from photobucket album ., this is the only proof I can offer . Egghead1969 then posted this picture in a flickr account under the name richiefortyeight , you see what he did there , very clever , he deliberatly chose the worst picture taken directly under my bathroom light , I have contacted flickr and they have asked for a scan of my ID as proof of who I am and are looking into this . I believe I am the victim of a clever internet troll , I also believe this troll has more than one identity online ,both nipukman and egghead1969 . I have removed many of my personal photos from photobucket , unfortinatly if I remove my ht pictures all the pics I have spent 4 years posting will be lost from my posts on HTN , so there are left for now . This has been very unerving and distressing for my family , this was a very personal attack from a very clever internet troll . Egghead came online and defended nipukman straight after his suspension ,attacking spex in a very similar way , I believe they are one in the same person or clinic , I have no direct evidence of this , however this is my personal belief . I have helped and met a few uk ht patients in the past and showed them my ht , this is why I have a few pictures of former ht guys , falc/bill asked me the same question years ago and I cleared up any confusion back then . Furthermore , i never been have , or currently work for Dr Feller , I am not employed or affiliated with Feller medical in any way , I am simply a very happy patient . richie

Drive by poster egghead 1969 , I'm flattered that you took the time time try to "out me " hahahahaha I've never said my ht has the wow factor , but in reallity I have shown what can be realistly achieved with careful planning and a top ht surgeon , I have been on here since 2007 and have posted hundreds of photos from the begining , inside shots , outside shots , close ups , with flash and without flash and directly under harsh lighting . I have even been told , by other posters , that I take very harsh unflattering photos from directly above which will show weakness on even a norwood 1 , christ even a photo , using flash and under direct light like the photo you have posted up of me , would show scalp on a guy who has never lost a hair in his life hahahaha . I just see this as another attack on , me , Dr Feller and spex and given what happened last week to spex , as I defended him , this is no more that an agender driven personal attack on me . I'll give you credit , you must be good because on a pc because I had my privecy settings on my albums due to it having a sesitive photos of family , property , and other ht patients on it , some how you hacked it , deny it all you want big guy but I know you tampered with it . So just for transparency and honesty , below are all my recent pic of my ht , inside , outside , with flash , without flash , all of them , I'm sure egghead will agree due to him trawling through my private album , I have have nothing to hide unlike you egghead , you sneaky little boy . Hi guys These are some new pics showing my 2100 crown grafts from Dr Feller in 2007 and now with a new short hair cut ,it's all part of my plan for next Jan when I'm going back to Dr Feller for aproximatly 2000 grafts into my temples . These are before and immediatly after 2100 crown grafts . These are my crown now after four years , this is the first time I have seen myself with short hair since I had the proceedure done . These are to show my scar close up ,then and now , my hair lenth is 17mm long over my scar now . These show how long my hair was last week and now , shows what can be done with meds and a good ht . These show the area I wish to have worked on , I tend to wear my hair longer , surfer style and the front lets me down now so i hope to have this area worked on and made stonger , as well as filling in my temple recesion slightly . I agree , you are in safe hand with both Dr Rahal and Dr Feller , I had consults with both , eventually chosing Dr Feller , I'd say Feller may be a little more conservative in his approuch , it does depend on your own situation though as has already been mentioned . Good luck bud richie

Can you imagine just how much money a page in one of the national papers would cost for an advertisement .............. I recently changed suppliers for finasteride , I used to use a doctor , but now just buy online from a reputable source that a few lads buy from in the UK , I now buy from ukfinasteride.info , it's on spex's site . I sent a cheque and recieved my fin this week , you can also do a bank tranfer online , anyway , it was easy and quick either way . Below is a post i have posted before on my own experiences with meds , I hope it helps . I started on minoxadil cream and 1mgs propecia ( brand name of finasteride ) in 2006 . By 2007 I had ditched the minoxadil cream , it didn't seem to help any regrowth and occasionally irrritated my scalp . I also switched to 5mgs of generic finasteride ( proscar )in 2007 , I cut these into 4 pieces and took 1.25mgs daily . By 2009 I started to cut the 5mgs of finasteride into 5 pieces and took 1mg daily . In 2010 I started to cut the finasteride into 6 pieces and I now take only 0.8mgs daily , I did this with no noticable loss of hair . I have suffered no side effects , no drop in libido or loss of erections , I do however believe I have become more of a calmer and more focused person , my girlfriend has noticed this also , is it the finasteride , I don't really know but it coinsided with me starting on them meds . However I did notice my seamen become more watery after I started using the meds . Due to wanting to start a family I have recently had my testosterone , thyroid and sperm count checked , my testosterone levels where higher than average , my thyriod is fine and my sperm count was also higher than the average , on average most men have between 20-200 million sperm per edjuculation , I had 140 million . I used to buy proscar and minoxadil from a well know London hair clinic , hahaha , the one advertised on channel four in the early morning ! Now I buy generic finasteride from the same uk doctor whose details can be found on spex's website , this doctor is always available for questions and supplies lots of men with finasteride . Generic simply means another company has made it but can't call it propecia for legal reasons . Mars I disagree that my opinions are worthless because I'm a Dr Feller patient , before I was a patient I came to the same conclusion through research and self education , and that was Dr Feller is one of the worlds best at both FUE and FUT . I could argue that your opinions are worthless due to not even being a Dr Bisanga patient , you see what I did there , I just threw mud straight back at you , and for what , it got us both and this poster nowhere . Mars you opinions count , as do mine , this is a open forum after all , maybe you are digruntled after a consultation with Dr Feller like spex said , I don't know , but if you are , then surely in the best interest of transparency , honesty and disclosure you should just come out and say . I think you maybe from the states and that is why you may not have gone to Dr Bisanga yourself , again I don't know . I've been and had a look at the other forums you suggested and seen more examples of Dr Bisanga's work , great stuff and cheaper . However there is no denying that Dr Feller is one of the worlds best at both FUE and FUT , he consistanly adapts to his patients situations ,he has trained other docs at FUE , patented FUE tools , defends himself and his work in a public areana , and we can agree , not many clinic do that , he does larger FUE sessions , small FUE sessions , 4000+ strip sessions , removes old plugs and does repairs from other doctors . Spex supplies many photos and evidence , has helped hundreds of guys all around the world , I have helped many in the UK by showing my results , meeting and online great photos . Bisanga and Feriduni are producing some good work but I've only seen a couple of grown out results online , so for me I would still go with the most proven , consistant and transparent results shown online , and so far thats Dr Feller's work . And don't lose sight of the fact Dr Feller trained Dr Rahal at FUE , and designed and patented FUE extraction tool favoured by many of the top FUE surgeons . I'm going back to Dr Feller in Jan to have around 2000 grafts done , for me this will be the strip method , but I sure know who I would go see if I was a candidate for FUE and that would be Dr Feller . richie

Hi guys The reason you guys feel good about having a ht , even before the results have grown in , is because when you are losing your hair to male pattern baldness you are no longer in control of your own situation , this leads to an increase in your anxiety levels and stress . You feel anxious due to loss of control , by taking the first step and accepting this is happening , then to stopping or controlling your hairloss you are in effect taking control of your situation again , this leads to reducing your anxiety , worry and stress levels . Because you guys have then researched the process and results , come to your own self informed decision based on facts and evidence , plus your own instict about your surgeon , you have infact made in informed choice , are happy and confident with that choice , taken back control of your situation and feel pretty dam confident in youselves . Acceptance , taking control , honest and informed desision based on evidence , facts and good research , expectations met with good result , regain of confidence . Thats why you guys feel pretty good about yourselves right now , and so you should , good luck boys . richie

Hi bomber Contact Spex , he's had both strip and FUE , small sessions and large , he works for Dr Feller and is from the UK , he helped me when I was looking into consultations in 2007 . I will say this though are you deffinatly sure 400 grafts will be enough ? Mark out the area you wish to have hair transplanted into ,measure it roughly in square cms ,without seeing any photos of your hairline I can only go on what you've said but it sounds like you will need atleast 50-60 grafts per cm2 to match your exsisting dense hair line . Multiply the cm2 by atleast 50 grafts per cm , this will give you a good idea how many grafts you will need , it may suprise you bud . Good luck richie

Hi all I have just used this site for the first time , I used to use a doctor , who spex first put me in touch with , but that channel is no longer an option , the doc retired . I have used this site this week , i didn't use the bank transfer option , I decided to use a cheque instead , you have to wait until it has cleared obviously , but my current supply will last until after chrismas so no great worry there . i will keep you guys up to date on how thing proceed and report back soon richie

Hair there , we started on this forum at the same time and its been great to see your hair grow in , I'm sure many readers and posters are greatful fot the feed back and contributions you have made to this forum . Great pics , straight forward advice and experience , you've come a long way from the minigrafts the first guy gave you , Dr Feller has really helped your cause .
