lost my swagger

ronj, when i first saw the parsley patient, my jaw dropped.. i dont think ive EVER seen 3800 grafts, recreate an entire crown with pretty decend density, AND provide adequate coverage throughout the entire top front, and hairline.. in fact the SKEPTIC in me(which, in this indusrty is a large art of me) is still not sure if i believe that result... so by chance, the next thread i visited was THIS thread.... but i just could not get that jaw dropping result out of my mind.... to be quite honest, if i was doing something wrong it was trying to pull attention away from farrel and focus it on the parsley patient.. because i looked at farrels overhead shot and thought, "yeah, thats about right'..... have you seen Bspots overhead shot? how about RTC overhead?... THOSE, to me show what 4000 grafts will do for the typical NW5-6... and BOTH were not even able to reach their crowns with that graft count... yet parsleys patient achieved a FULL SWIRL.... it seems not possible to me, i wanted to contrast it with what TYPICALLY can be achieved which is more along the lines of what farrel, bspot, RTC, Bill, and countless other NW5-6 recieved with 3800-4000 grafts..so while here i hinted at a quick question, 'give farrel,1800 to 2000 more grafts(which IS a small number when your dealing with a high NW) and what kind of coverage, REALISTICALLY whould we see?' now, with you calling me a baby with lines like this.." 'wahahahha why are you ATTACKING me!?!?!?' (hands gesticulating wildly in the air)." first id like to say, lets look at some facts, ron: fact 1. shortly after our first thread, you actually PATTERNED YOUR SIGNATURE after me, a regular poster.. fact2. you followed me in 2 other threads OUTSIDE our original confrontation thread, looking to criticize my every move, insult my intellegence and make me out to be a victim, by wrongfully stating that i am nothing more then a disgruntled/"disfigured" HT patient.. my results are not horrible ive stated this MULTIPLE TIMES. these are facts, ron. and they are NOT normal posting habits.. you became 'swagger-centric' and you did so with negativity, and hostility toward me. when i made what i felt was a decent effort in the beginning to keep things respectful, you made the decision to post parts of my private message public, and keep up with the insults, even OUTSIDE our first argument tread.. so yeah ron, finally, i had enough in this tread, and i DID say if were were in the same room id beat the hell out of you.. because at the time i posted that i would have. you pushed me far enough. in closing,as ive said, in the future if i say something you dont like please speak up, others do... they just dont do it like complete assholes, and then follow me around thread to thread looking to start shit, armed with a fancy vocabulary. thanks for the kind words ron at the end of your post, id be lying if i said i didnt tear upi wish you the best also.... look foward to seeing your result and learning who your dr was???? maybe?? what do you say?

ALOT of guys do so in favorable lighting and avoid the dreaded overhead shot... you however take honest pics IMO, and guys like you do good for this community.. personally i did not like your 1 year results from your 1st HT, but that said this time around your hair is finally looking much better, and im sure your happy as hell about it...its been a long few years i bet, so its good to see your hairline and front filling in.. i did notice in your last set you avoided the overhead shot, any chance we could get one in yout next update?? also, id like to ask what your overall thoughts are about where you stand today.... has your HT experience been what you expected? thanks azza, and all the best

yes ron, this was my initial quote, no doubt, and though i did post a few results i believe DO show ugly work from the named drs, as well as a link from a patient claiming he had a terrible experience, i ALSO admitted TO YOU that my choice of the phrase 'worse off' was not a good one.. not only that but i all but admitted defeat in our first meeting too... EVEN THOUGH I CLEARLY FEEL THE DRS YOU HAVE NAMED DO HAVE PATIENTS WHO REGRET THEIR HT DECISIONS. this is a H&W patient who prior to surgury was a solid NW5... he recieved a little over 4100 grafts by a TOP Dr... he got a fantastic result that frames his face very well. Parsley's patient

AND this guy apparently recieved FULL COVERAGE and solid density with a only like 3800 grafts..thats not a whole lot more than farrel recieved. i hate the inconsistancy of this industry.

well riky IM suggesting... your hardly 3 months out, your hair looks fine but what ya got in it?? im a dermmatch man myself and it sure looks like dermmatch was bouncing off your scalp in your 1st set of photos with flash....come clean buddy, its ok, hts are not that filled in at 3 months...for sure not in a top down pic with flash at 3 months im glad you can make your hair look good with it in tho, and im glad you liked your experience so much with L. shapiro.

on not sure chantal is even talking about his crown... its a little un clear chantal-- is the spot thats not growing in your crown region or is it a patch surrounded by growing grafts that just does not seem to have grown in yet?

UHT---.. thats sucks about your lack of laxity, glad to see your getting some FUE as a result.. will you be charged 10$ per graft for it?.. hope not. i find this to be a unique and interesting case with you getting a 'onesided' transplant.. it seems your most thin behind the hairline.. i hope you get a result that you are pleased with my friend. also please let us know what you think of your PRP session in the coming months, if you feel it has strenghtened your native hair or helped maintain.. best of luck man

they have a website... pretty sure its dermmatch.com. but if you search the web you might find a carrier who sells it for less.. one disc lasts me about 5 to 6 months. i think its like 30 bucks but dont quote me.. make sure you choose the right color also... might want to look into other concealers too like toppik.. it works differently then dermmatch as far as how to apply but alot of people prefer it.. i just prefer dermmatch for myself because it really does not come off, on anything... until i shampoo i can say this for sure... when you learn to put it on right this stuff can make a thin transplant look much thicker anyway give em a shot, either you will like them and they will for sure buy you time..or worst case, your out like 30 bucks...

i think this is pretty good advice by space between and should atleast be considered.. im in a somewhat similar situation to this and i can say it would prob not be my best option to get back in the chair, atleast for right now.... concealers have really bought me time.. its SLIGHTLY annoying but it does not come off until i wash it off, it makes an amazing difference, and once i learned how to apply it properly it looks pretty good... i use dermmatch BTW because it alot easier to apply up front, and you can fade it close to the hairline, just be careful how close you get looking at your pics i do think a good concealer would buy you time, and give you a look you feel more confident with.. never apply to much tho.

your fine... 4 days is no big deal if you ask me.... i took an entire month off in order to give my body a little break in an attempt to prolong fins effectivness in the long run.. i have ZERO clue if it will work. but it makes sense to me.. i can say that only at the end of the month did i experience what MAY have been my hairloss speeding up again... i experienced almost ZERO hair hairloss again about a week after starting up again.. just my experience
