Through the power of the Internet I have just discovered the absolute best HT clinic in the ENTIRE WORLD. And they also happen to have the ABSOLUTE BEST PRICE out of everyone. That's right TWO! Just gaze in amazement at all of the amazing before and after results and you'll see why they are the best. And toboot, your new hairs will grow in as little as 3 weeks. Imagine that 1/8 the time it takes others. Lifetime gaurantee. Legal Disclaimer: $.67 transaplant may not grow. Results depend on how much existing hair you have to hide the results. Shockloss may occur. Pitting is possible. Looking like a freak is highly possible. Your head may remain numb for life. Donar scar may appear larger than you think. Excessive bleeding and infections may occur. 67centseach hair transplant centers are not resposible for bad results.
  2. As far as shampoos go Revita works very nicely. Who know's whether it's preventing any hair loss or not. Guess it can't hurt any. I must say that the bottle it comes in bears a striking resemblence to something that could contain an electric motor and batteries
  3. Damn NG2GB. I'm sitting in bed with frickin flu, but this shit's making me laugh my ass off. NICE! HAIRWEKNOW & JULIETTE is and instant classic. Will you play HAIRWEKNOW with your spandex tights? Hopefully you'll have to purchase them and don't already have some in your closet
  4. Good topic here Dewayne. NG2GB, you must of been one of those kids who had a full bush by 11 . What a bitch to have the MPB kick in before puberty . You're always settin records. Now you own the "Youngest to Go Bald". Ahh hahhh! I don't remember the first time anyone said something but I'm positive I was tougher on myself about noticing it than anyone else. What I do remember is at about 22 I was at a concert with a friend and some girlfriends. The girls had good seats up close and my friend and I had scalped tix at the show so we ended up in the grass seats. What great luck! Turns out there's two hot chicks sitting behind us. Well throughout the concert things start to get pretty cozy with those girls. The one girl I was gettin cozy with is lovin my big thick ass Mop. She tells me what great thick hair I have. Really fun memorable night. I think she f&*king jinxed me cuz not too long after that the temples started to thin and move back a little and it's been a long slow process from there. So basically I remember the last time someone told me what great hair I have rather than the first time someone told me I was balding. Ahh the memories Damn Eman! That's girlfriends dad was quite the mean bastard.
  5. If they're all expecting you and start questioning why your not working out I'd go with the Mountain bike crash. Since we're going with a story I'd say I was cruising down a single track, went over the bars and injured my shoulder and knee a little (nothing major). Shoulder injuries are never really noticible but take some time to heal (many dirtbike crashes for reference) :-). Throw the knee in so they don't expect you to do some cardio or leg workouts. Take a month off then when you're ready to get back to it you still have a good reason to start of slowly. I started back at the gym with light workout and cardio after a month and everything was good. Definitely made sure not to strain at all. Good Luck.
  6. Mr. Jobi, I was curious as to whether or not you had shaved your recipient area as I've heard your results are excellent. I guess I have my answer now. Due to work requirements and my desire to keep my HT private I also was in a situation where shaving the recipient was not an option. Dr. Alexander assured me that the results would not be inferior because of not shaving. It would be interesting to see comparison results of shaved vs. not shaved. I respect the fact that each doctor has their own varying points of view and they should perform their procedures with the methods that best suit them. I do not believe that the coalition Dr's who do perform HT's without shaving would risk jepordizing their reputations if they could not achieve excellent results. I did take some exception to another thread where Dr. Lindsey gave an anology that performing an HT without shaving would be like reading a paper through a clear plastic plate with spaghetti sauce all over it and agreed with Bevrotti that it would be like doing the HT in the dark. That would insinuate that my results with Dr. Alexander will be inferior. I'm only 3 months out so I can't give or show any qualified results but as Mr. Jobi and others have confirmed his results are as good as any. I can confirm that my healing process was very fast and I had virtually no shock loss. Excluding Mega sessions (3000 +), I think the "to shave" or "not to shave" question is something that each doctor must address individually and let the results speak for themselves. If doctors that do perform HT's without shaving consistely have inferior results to those that do then I think this would become clear. As of yet I have seen no evidence confirming this. Definitely no disrespect to Dr. Lindsey and his views! Just my thoughts about this topic.
  7. From Reading your posts here EmV, I think you should worry more about your social skills than your MPB. Jobi's been nothing but polite and you're replies are Fing RUDE! Guess I must be in a bad mood or something
  8. I too hope to soon be able to call Toppik an old friend Spex. And you are right. Less is more. I just got my before HT pictures without any Toppik and damn, that was quite a shocker to me. From the mirror it never looked as bad as it did in that picture and with Toppik it's always much less of a contrast. I can't wait too see the results grown in so I can erase that picture from my mind
  9. NG2GB. I've seen some great advise posted here by you on many threads. I also believe that you've asked for pictures from many posters in order to provide a clear and honest opinion. Why not post some of your own? Shit, crop the hell out of them, hide your ears, erase your face etc :-). Unless you've got some very distinctive birthmark, deformed head, horns or something you'll be completely anonymous. I honestly think it depends on your individual situation. Are you destined to be NW7 with low donar density, thin hair etc? Then I'd say just shave it off and handle it (then again I've seen some excelent results where I would thought shave it). I think you have aquired as much knowledge as any of us. Now you just need the experience. I think you should track down an H&W patient who'll let you see some results first hand to help make that final decision. Maybe you can track this guy down. OC HW Patient His HT looks damn good and he's obviously not shy since all his pics are full face. Just don't go trying to move in on his ladies . If you feel you're a good candidate the JUST DO IT sooner than later. Seems like most every patient who's been a great candidate with the latest top Docs are usually ecstatic with their results. I too had a hard time making a final decision to do it. Now that it's done and I'm 3 months out I'm very happy I did. It's been much easier than expected. Of course I won't really know until my results grow in but I am excited about this summer. Just think, once everythings grown in you can create some new awards for yourself. Best HT Moxy Mop, HT Faux Mop, HT Emu Mop, HT Mullet (aka business in the front, pary in the back), HT Ceasar cut Mop and I'm sure there's many more. Decisions, decisions. Good luck
  10. I think Dr. Rassman has definitely been a pioneer in advancing the HT field and I think most Doctors would agree. He's also an extremely smart man. I had a consultation with Dr. Rassman and was very impressed. Having said that I don't neccesarily think that having the most knowledge or most experience in any field alway translates into achieving the best results. His prices are high due to the simple laws of "Supply and Demand", but I know the other doctors in his office do not charge the same rate. In the end I went with Dr. Alexander because I felt his results I had seen were world class and every bit as good as NHI results.
  11. Hi Ricardo, Looks like you're getting close. I'm sure they're all great docs so I'll just give you some info about my experience with Dr. Alexander on 12/5/07 2739 grafts in the frontal 1/3 to refine my hairline and fill in behind since it was diffuse. I flew in from LA on a Tues afternoon before and met with the Dr. (previous consults were by phone and video/photos.) I was a patient that required no shaving due to work related matters. On Wed Surgery lasted from about 8:00 AM - 4:30 and went very smooth. Stayed in Phoenix til Friday and just relaxed after. No major pain or anything. I was back at work on day 5 after. The scabbing was minimal and most had fallen off by then. I just made sure to keep up a good cleaning routine. From there on out it's been smooth sailing. I'm only at 3 months so it'll be atleast another month before anything really noticible comes in so no new pics yet. Lots of great pictures on the site here though. I did have the opportunity to meet with a patient at the Dr.s office who had work done and I was blown away by how good it looked. Here's a couple pics from 5 days after (excuse the quality, phone camera). Best of luck to you.
  12. For those of us who've never told a soul I guess we want people to think it's au natural (I know I do). I've planted a couple seeds with the "I just ordered up some Propecia" story. If the final results looks as good as I'm thinking they will then I think I'll develop some sort of amnesia and forget I've ever even had one Damn Women chatterboxes Now that the word is out it might be easiest to just go with it. In 7-8 months they all be like NG2GB and want to rub their grubby little mittens all over your wonderful new mop top. Just imagine! Christmas time might look like monkeys grooming. Hey Bill. How come this message board doesn't allow you to imbed video code ? If it does how?
  13. Here's a link to see it online. Dennis Miller Video Oh Yeah. Make sure to check out the contestants sweaty armpits Right Guard anyone! Our member NW5A's hair style looks alot like the contestants as well. Maybe he had an HT from Heitman
  14. Damn that must be some good Wine tonight . You're a funny dude NG2GB. It's Friday night. You should be out playing some verbal ping pong. I had to be good tonight since I'm doing some motorcycle riding in the morning. I'll make up for it tomorrow night though
  15. Hi Zod. I would be interested in seeing pictures of successful BHT's. To me it seems the results would be awful. Your analogy to underbrush is a great one. I'd rather use some concealer like Topik. Growth directions, patterns, lengths, color etc wouldn't seem to blend well at all.
  16. I think it's pretty common knowlege that Dennis Miller has had transplants from Bosley. I was watching him tonight in High Def on the new NBC games show called Amnesia and I must say if I didn't know he had and HT I would never have guessed and it looked perfect. I wonder if it looks as excellent in real life as it did on TV. It's unfortunate that all Bosley patients don't get the celebrity treatment. If they did Bosly wouldn't have such a bad reputation. That's what is so great about the top Coalition Docs here. From the result they consistently produce it's clear that every one of their patients gets the celebrity treatment.
  17. Looks great Mario! Oops I mean Chris :-) I think you made a wise decision with the hairline choice. It's you're hairline just better :-). You're loss is pretty similar as mine except my frontal 1/3 was a little more thinned out since I'm 38. Since you didn't shave down you'll be back to you're normal routine in no time at all. Best of luck and look forward to seeing your results in 4-6 months.
  18. Mav I think you'll definitely get an awsome result with any of those docs on you're list. From what I've seen each has posted numerous exceptional hairline results. Now it's probaly more of a call about which you feel the most comfortable with after speaking with each of them. If budget allows and if you and the doc feel your future hair loss will be minimal you might even be a good candidate for FUE with someone like Dr. Feller. Damn, with only 2000 or so grafts all the H&W techs would have to take a half day off :-)
  19. Congrats Mr. Dirt! You'll end up with a great result from Dr. Wong. I think you should go with a full on Mullet and stick with the JoDirt theme. "Whaaaaaaat"! I'm intersted in the types of reactions the post HT head shavers out there get when people see the donor scar. Do you get tons of questions? Do you make up a story about it? Do you just wear a hat all the time? This really intigues me.
  20. Mav, you look to be an excellent candidate for some incredible results. I like Dr. Fellers response. I think everyone here would like to see more before and after pictures from all the Docs and patients. Not all patients want their their pictures online but with the proper concealing of identity I think more would be open to it. I would be interested to know the site stats for page visits. I would imagine that while before/after pictures pages may not produce the most responses I'll bet they produce the most hits. Seeing great results of all different NW's types, hair styles, hairline designs etc. is really comforting for people looking into HT's.
  21. Hi Scalp, It sounds like you're very certain that going with an all over buzz is not an option for you. I'm totally with you on that but I do sometimes wish I had tried it atleast once to have known how it actually looked on me prior to getting an HT. You're definitely lucky to have some great options with the great doctors and new techniques. I'm not sure what your financial situation is or how many doctors you've consulted with to know your maximum amount of grafts which could be extracted based on your scalp laxity, but I do think that 1800 is too low. In my opinion for your first HT I think you should focus on the front half and plan for a conservative hairline. I would think that if possible you would want to do a minimum of 3000 for you first time around. With a second procedure you could then tackle the crown area and determine how much donor you have left to add additional density if possible. Based on looking at your pictures I do think that with the right Dr. and plan you will achieve some pretty nice results. Best of luck to you and keep us posted. Take care!
  22. NG2GB, I must confess verbal ping pong with strippers can be fun. I visited one of the fine establishments down there in SD after the Supercross last weekend. It was by the Sports Arena but I can't remember the name. I think I fell in love for a couple hours. Hopefully you didn't spend all your H&W HT savings fund on her
  23. Hi GQnDn. You'll be in excellent hands with Dr. Feller. After a few days I don't think hat size will be an issue. You should have no problem wearing your normal hat. You won't need some huge loose hat unless that's your style :-). If you're planning on keeping it a secret you'll probably want to keep some length on the back and sides to hide your donar scar an let existing hair in the recipient area grow out after the HT is done. Maybe something like a 4 guard. It'll probably take about 1 month to get the recipient area back to a 4. Until then you'll be under the hat. As for stories just don't use something to lame. Just tell the "Don't worry about it, I like hats" :-). Good luck.
  24. I did a google search and I think I've found a perfect forum for Aquarius. http://www.wrestlecrazy.com/
  25. Thx for the new pics. Lookin good NN! Very natural. Sure wish I was at six months :-). Looks great wet too. Have you recieved any positive comments about your appearance from friends, coworkers etc. who don't know about the HT. With a nice pace of growth spread out over a year I can't imagine anyone every knowing without you telling them.
