Thanks for the responses. I followed the post-op instructions allowing extra soak time and after a couple of attempts all crusts/scabs came off.

Hi Everyone, It’s 10th day since my procedure. I’ve been following the cleaning guidance my clinic provided. I saw very tiny scabs form in my donor area and they came off easily around day 8. However, I didn’t see a lot of easily visible scabs form in the recipient area. I do see many tiny little bulb like light beige colored lumps which I’m not seeing in other Day 8-11 pictures shared on this site. Does my healing seem to be on track ?

@Ramons Great Result! Thanks for sharing the scalp infection variable. One of the conditions to watch for folks who are in the post-op phase. Can you please share a link to HiScrub shampoo? Searching online no product link comes up. How many days after the procedure did you observe signs of infection and/or start using the shampoo?

Hey @Jamos1982 ! The hairline mod look awesome. Do you mind sharing your experience with the second surgery? e.g. When did you book second surgery? What is involved in choosing the 2nd procedure date? Did you just go ahead and book your preferred date at the 1 year mark or did you get your donor recovery evaluated by email before picking a date? I'm wondering if donor heals well then (at approx. 8-9th month mark) whether its advisable to book a date earlier than 12 months Dr. Laorwong suggests.

@Furybubu Didn't hear back from @Melvin- Admin, not even a courtesy response of I can't help. Which was disappointing. I did hear back from Dr. Nader himself after persistent follow ups across weeks after I made the post above. He confirmed his office was receiving thousands of emails and not being able to pay the needed attention to such a high volume. He has to look at a case, understand the needs, confirm he can help the patient and then allow the patient to get in line for surgery. He also shared that he was booked solid for a year ahead at least. Per him I need two surgeries a year apart. I am looking elsewhere instead of waiting in line for a year to get the first one and relying on getting lucky with any cancellations with an already long stand by queue.

@hairtacct Dr. Nader is currently booked till mid Jan 2025. His staff mentioned their cancellation/standby queue is pretty long as well.

@A_4_Archan great results and Thanks for sharing your experiences, very helpful! Apologies if I missed this in your write up. Did you take the stem cell treatment option that this clinic offers? Thoughts on it from any discussions you had with the Dr. about it.

Thanks for sharing the package. Did he say 4K grafts covers all areas - front, mid, and crown or will you need a second surgery to get all areas covered?

Good Luck Mate! Are to traveling for the procedure ? What made you go with Dr. Yaman? Can you share the cost expected and what is included e.g. prp?

I have been researching prices to figure out a surgeon with good work that I can afford in USA. This is not a recommendation just information. There have been a couple of posts on here about American Mane in Florida, they charge a flat fee irrespective of grafts needed which may work out to lower per graft prices if someone needs a larger number.

First of all, Thanks to this forum and to the amazing and kind people here that put in so much effort to help others. I have been consistently trying to contact Dr. Luis Nader in Reynosa Mexico from last few weeks. His results are great for cases similar to mine. Additionally, I am just 4 hours on the other side of the border so he is an easier option than traveling abroad or seeking more expensive options in USA. I have tried all listed contact information on his site multiple times to no response. @Melvin- Admin I saw you comment offering help on a similar post asking the OP to dm you. I would greatly appreciate your help but can’t dm. Doesn’t look like I’m enabled to DM yet. I understand his office is unable to keep up. I’d greatly appreciate if anyone can please help me get in touch with him ? Thanks.
