  1. Hey can you share some pics of electrolysis extracted area and healing of that area after 3-4-12 months just for reference ?
  2. Can you share the pics after healing this extracted area i mean 3-6-12 months after extraction
  3. what were the problems faced by patients for example multi grafts in hairline etc, also were any grafts punched out and how many sessions it took..
  4. Same example can be taken for hairline and sea shore, when looked from a distance it should have a specific shape and when we look closer random irregularities appears and magic happens
  5. Hey melvin, i can see some randomness in first 0.3mm but after that the hairs even though are densed packed it seems its planted in horizontal lines, now some people dont obeserve this but some people who look carefully they identify ask questions like if its a different hair cut or did you did something on hair (i received these comments as well)
  6. I think its clearly a bad and poor design because even if the angles, the depth and direction , density of grafts are all proper with the rows (vertical or horizontal patterns both) are identified easily by human eyes. one thing surgeons should always do is mimic nature which has randomness instead for easy work they plant in rows which is lazy if you observe nature there is a difference between farmland and wild forest, farmland shows plantation done in rows by humans whereas forests look more natural so I would stay as far as possible from surgeons who plant in rows, as I myself have experienced this with my 1st transplant
  7. Only consult with the top ones for repair as you have 1 chance only, do extensive research and take your time, i think dr konior is the best one in US, similarly look for the best of best ones only in rest of the world as well if you are planning for outside US, there are only a handful or surgeons who are capable of repairs, do not rush in ur second attempt do read and study other repair cases in this forum as well take your time .. Also share your after-surgery immediate pics for reference
  8. Thanks a lot Archan i will surely keep updating , I am also learning a lot from your other posts and replies as well !!!
  9. 6 Months Update From the front look now only 1-2 very thinned lines are visible, slight ridging is present as well (when hair pulled up its still a mess with more old lines check last image) temples with thin single grafts are framing the face properly as of now. Only concern is if there is light from back or top then old bad graft lined bumps showing up (check 2nd and 3rd last images) (I think only option is I will have to wait in coming months so that the new transplanted grafts hide them hopefully). frontal hairline still growing slow as compared to temples and temporal points.. stopped finasteride due to skin rash again, started with minoxidil oral tablets 1.25mg daily, will increase the dose to 2.5mg soon..
  10. Sorry I cannot hide results or hair in low light, Real life conditions will always have harsh lights (for example travelling in vehicles, streets, inside house, out in the sun) If i click on low lights nothing will be properly visible and even a bad transplant will be easily hidden just like how so many clinics post their results in youtube. Even the 1st bad transplant results look good in low lights so i think its always better to show real-life condition lighting which has strong lights
  11. Yes, I also think about this a lot but I am not sure about the scarring process in extraction (even if we use very sharp punch), I also pointed this out during my planning as well, I still think about this and trying to learn more In my case as per doctors suggestion if there is enough space available on front then cobblestoning and Ridging can be hidden, I m now almost 6 months after repair in my case the lined grafts are still creating a problem its faded little bit, but still its showing up in certain lighting conditions, and i have a small ridge on front and in sides (do check my recent 6 months pics as well ), as of now the new hairs on front are very thin but looking little better, also my temples which were newly created are looking good, doctor said to wait for more 6 months and after 12 months we can analyze the complete results as many grafts are yet to come out and thicken as well.. My repair was done by Dr Sethi..
  12. The transition of temple points to the hairline everything looks in harmony and the fact that the surgery was done in 2012, amazing artistic results
  13. The repair is not looking good, ridges are still there with cobblestoning as well , was your hairline lowered or new grafts added to previous 1st HT ??, also how much is cm from hairline to glabella distance ? also do share or mention/tag (just to understand properly what went wrong ) 1. Before pics 2. After 1st HT surgery pics + final results pics 3. After 2nd surgery repair pics if your distance from glabella to hairline is more then very thin singles with irregularities and proper direction + depth can be added to give natural results sad that both your surgeries were done by forum recommended names and if many such cases repeats then its a problem and recommended names has to be analysed and updated constantly..
  14. Hey buddy could you let us know any before after pics of your bumpy texture after micro-needling, also can we do this at home or by professionals only and how many microneedling sessions are required to correct the bumpyness in scalp ?
  15. Could you share some pics, also share photos after surgery so that we can know what went wrong, also how much is ur distance from hairline to glabella
  16. 4 Months Update (The pics are from 4 months will soon share 5 months pictures as well) The lines are little bit blurred in 4 months but still visible. small singles are popping up in frontal hairline many hairs from temples and the lowered hairline with thin single grafts are coming and are framing the face properly as of now Only concern is the light entering the hairs and lined bumps now what do you guys think will it go away in coming months ?? Problem is if there is light from backside the lined bumps are visible what do you think will it get blurred in coming months ??, after getting sideeffects i have started finasteride again 0.25mg (mon, wed, frid) and daily 1 ml topical minoxidil (planning to start oral as topical making hairs dry or can it cause the bumps the appear more prominently ? ) Do let me know your thoughts
  17. I m seeing lots of cases especially from India in which doctors planting in rows, thick grafts on front, I don't know why they are doing this, is this because its easy ??, I don't understand why the doctors are not understanding such basic things, infact many patients even don't understand this there are tons of youtube influencers with bad hair transplants showing their hair as natural hair transplants, they dont show the hairline properly just show from top with low lighting or less quality photos fooling people...
  18. its looking good in this light setting even though the design looks poor in which hair is planted in rows, can you share a pic with pulled hair backwards in proper light would like to know if light enters the scalp and dotted lines are visible in such designs or the frizy hair characteristics is blocking the light and lined rows are not visible..
  19. This is poor design of planting in rows, temples also looking bad as of now, Unfortunately same case was for me as well do check and read my post, I corrected it from eugenix 4 months before now i am waiting for full results, Dont worry , Do wait for next 4-5 months more do you research see other cases in forum before deciding for next correction transplant
  20. I think with immunosuppressant drugs its possible but as HT is not life threatning surgery its just a cosmetic surgery, HT surgeons are not considering it, also with immunosuppressants the extra care & risk which needs to be taken increases as it weakens the immune system
  21. how many cms ur hairline was lowered, even though i can see some singles in ur hairline, the ridges are still a concern, can u share after repair pics
  22. whats the clinics name did they use good quality punchs ? who did the extraction , the extractions are lokking very close to each other and big punch holes as well, Donor shoudn't look like this after 6 weeks, can you also share immediate post-op recipient area pics ?
